TERMS OF SERVICE

UPDATED: 4/16/24By commissioning me, you are stating that you have read and agreed to the following terms:

GENERAL
- I hold the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time.

COMMISSIONS
- I hold the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time.
- Neat references are needed. Descriptions are allowed but may cost extra depending on what you are asking me to draw.
- An additional fee will be charged for multiple revisions.
- An update on the commission will be given each week or stage, through verbal notice.

ADOPTABLES
- Do not purchase adoptables if you do not plan to use them or keep them.
- Some adoptables are given default names, genders, or ages that can be changed.
- Any adoptables you don't keep should be kept for at least a month before reselling.
- Do not resell more than what you paid for unless extra art comes with the adoptable.
- Designs or patterns on the adoptable should only be changed minorly. The buyer should not completely revise the adoptable.
- Customer will receive an unwatermarked image once purchased.

PAYMENT
- Once the final product has been approved, refunds cannot be issued.
- I accept USD only. CashApp and Paypal may be used.
- Full payment is required within 48 hours.

COPYRIGHT / USAGE
- I have the right to use any of my commissioned pieces for advertising.
- Editing and/or claiming ownership of my artwork under any circumstance is prohibited.
- You must credit me when sharing or using commissioned work (ex. using as an icon, social media, etc.) with a direct link to any of my social media sites.
- Once the final product has been approved, only minor revisions are allowed to be made.
- Once the artwork has been made, the customer will receive a full-scale watermarked image.
- My work CANNOT be used for AI or NFTs.
