But I do not draw offensive material.}───✧ I reserve the right to use/publish and/or livestream and record the commissioned artwork unless discussed otherwise.✧I retain the right to display all commissioned work on any personal website, gallery, blog, or journal. If the commissioned work is a time-sensitive gift I may delay public showcase at the request of the client.✧I retain copyright to the commissioned artwork, unless discussed otherwise.───✧I reserve the right to turn down work with deadlines I can not reasonably accommodate.✧ I reserve the right to issue a refund and cancel a commission due to poor communication and/or rude or inappropriate behavior.✧I may recycle sketches and preparatory works that were rejected by the client for other commissions or personal works.───✧ No AI / NFT. My work, for both private and commercial are not to be and will never be allowed to be used as NFT's or AI prompts. You may not re-sell, use or promote my work for anything NFT or AI related.˗ˏˋ ♡ ˎˊ˗

✧ The client does not own the right to reproduce the artwork for any profit whatsoever and agrees that this is strictly for personal use (such as posting, personal printing, using as an avatar/banner, etc.) unless discussed otherwise.✧ If the client intends to use the commissioned artwork for commercial use, this must be disclosed at the start of the commission process as the commercial rights must be purchased and will affect the total cost.✧ The commercial rights consist of 100-200% of the original price, in addition to the original cost. Client agrees to still credit me as the original artist of said artwork even if commercial rights are transferred. Royalties may also be an option and could be discussed.( ̲̅:̲̅:̲̅:̲̅[̲̅:♡:̲̅]̲̅:̲̅:̲̅:̲̅ )

+ PAYMENTS
Payments will be made up front before work on the commission begins (larger payments may be split up upon discussion). Payment will be made through Paypal in either USD or EUR.───+ REVISIONS
Changes to the illustration/design may be made during their specific revision stages.Revision stages are as follow:

If you require more revisions than this there could be additional charges applied.(I am always open to feedback and corrections to artworks, please don't hesitate to let me know.)───+ DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
The client must discuss any deadline expectations they have with me before payment. There will be a rush and delivery fee depending on the deadline.+ REFUNDS
I normally don't do any refunds, so think carefully if you want/can afford a commission right now. I can always put you on the waiting list!_{However:
If you commissioned me, but happen to have money trouble (sudden medical bills, accident, etc) then DM me as soon as possible, and we can work something out! :)If you still want the work, then tell me, so I save the work and don't reuse it for personal work or other commissions until you can pay me.}───+ COMMUNICATION
