About me
Hello! I’m RunningWindArt, (also called Wind or Boba).
I'm a young artist and writer with a focus on anthropomorphic characters and character design. I'm currently trying to shift my focus to include more anatomy, illustrations/paintings, and comic work. I love creating and bringing people’s characters and worlds to life.I’ve been selling character commissions on my Etsy shop for a couple of years, and I hope to one day work in character development/design somewhere. I want to also write/illustrate comic books and graphic novels. I’ve always been self taught so still I need learn some of the basics, like perspective and proportions.
I also want to expand from my furry niche and learn to do all sorts of things. I personally happen to enjoy drawing furries because my love for animals and the creativity that goes into each character. I just ask you be respectful of my boundaries and any criticism you have to be constructive!Some facts about me:
• I look like a punk but I’m a huge nerd (I love Star Wars, Transformers, Marvel, Lotr, & collecting old Spider-Man comics)
• I love 80s rock with my whole soul
• I have ADD and anxiety, so please be patient with me

PAYMENT
Payment is recieved through PayPal or Cash App. For PayPal, an invoice will be sent to the buyer before starting the commission.
If you are nervous about getting what you paid for, a 50% Down Payment can be given before the commission is started. The other 50% is given when the commission has been completed.
I won’t start working on the art until the some payment is given, and I can’t send you the full final art until the final payment is given.
The Down Payment will likely not be fully refunded if you choose to back out of the commission and I have already started the art.ART AND CHARACTER DESIGN USE
All artwork buyers recieve are all for personal usage, you cannot use my art for monetary gain ( selling, branding, etc) without discussion and extra fees.
The buyer is allowed to post their commission to any social platform as long it has proper credit.
The artist has the rights to post/display their artwork, this includes the client's commission. If the client requests not posting it anywhere, this can be discussed.
Please do not claim the commission has been created by you or a different artist.
Please credit me the first time you use an original character I have designed.
If you claim an adoptable and do not respond in 24 hours unless you have a special circumstance that you have stated earlier, I will put the character back up for sale.
You may resell the character for any amount you deem it worth.REFUND POLICY
Clients will recieve a full refund only when the artist hasn't started the commission yet.
Payment will be refunded if issues occurred on the artist’s part. It will be given accordingly, depending on the progress the artist made
The commission can be canceled if the commissioner shows extreme negative behaviour. Refund or not is upon the artist's decision. After recieving the finished commission, no refunds can be requested at this point.TURNAROUND TIME
A single art commission takes 3 days - 3 weeks
Rushed commissions will require extra charges depending on the length of the deadline, unless the client requests an undoable deadline, the refund info section applies to it.
Artist has the rights to cancel/extend the commission deadline if are they having issues irl.ADDING CHANGES
Clients are allowed to add any changes to the sketch.
If the client wish to add a major change to the art after the sketch phase, extra charges will likely be required. Aspects such as color and minor details can be changed after the sketch approval without an additional fee.
If you ask for any changes after the drawing is completed that could’ve been changed during the sketching process (e.g pose, composition, design) it will cost an additional fee to do those changes.OTHER TERMS
• If you are rude and impolite, drunk message me, or make nsfw suggestions, I have the right to refuse or cancel your commission.
• You have the right to ask for updates or WIPs anytime through the commission process.
• I am willing to do heavy gore and mature themes, but not NSFW, pagan, and fetish art.
• You are not allowed to remove the watermark/signature.
