I like to imagine that sometimes, flowers grow on Lilties’ heads. More generally I imagine that their leaves have a yearly cycle like plants you know. The leaves grow, some Lilties may or may not have flowers, eventually the leaves fall and grow again later. Also the leaves and flowers could be of different types from one Lilty to the other. Could be fun =P

For those who don’t know, FFCC: My Life as a King is another FFCC title that settles after the original FFCC. I’ll let the official cover for you to see. :3
When you think about it, the majority of the time spent by caravanners during their journey is on the roads. But I can’t really make it feel like it in my writing since the action takes place mostly during visiting villages, towns and dungeons.
Well this is technically true for every story where characters do long travels but just. Sometimes I think about it and it feels weird.
Edan is a bit of a jerk at the start but Lylia and Luu Kah also kind of feel like bullies with him lol

Just love how Year 4 starts with Luu Kah jumping down Edan’s throat because he talks bad about Ramsey.
During chapter 2 of Year Three, we get a flashback of smol Linitaa and her parents. I forgot that I doodled her, so here.

The chapter also introduces Cyl Ehna, a Selkie from Alfitaria. She was named and designed by my friend Himmel.
(Do you see Nyx from The Dragon Prince? Well the pose and all come from a sketch of her that shows up during some end credits of season 5. Cyl Ehna kinda has the same vibe as her. She doesn’t have any weapon though but it was just cool to reproduce the same thing.)
I just love imagining what my FFCC babies would look like in full FF7 Rebirth style CG. Oh boy :’)
