Terms Of Service

Please Read carefully before commissioning me!

General

✎Client MUST read below TOS in order to request a commission. Failure to do so may result in cancellation, possibly without refund, and potential blacklisting from future transactions. This TOS can be accessed anytime via my trello or carrd, linked in my social media bios.✎Be precise and clear when requesting a commission. This will assist in deciding a price. If requesting a commission outside of listed options, please communicate what is being looked for.✎Please have a clear and unshaded digital ref available. (I will accept 3D models or traditional refs IF the details are clear in the image and have a DIGITAL color palette to work with to ensure accuracy.) Failure to provide a clear or unshaded ref will result in an up charge for additional labor while discussing correct coloration with client.✎If no reference image is available, I will go off of a detailed description of a character. Due to this lengthening the process of the commission, an increase in price will be charged at my discretion.✎Declines in service may occur due to the following:
✎Requested commission violates terms of service.
✎Requester is a reported scammer or has more than one artists beware.
✎Requester refuses to comply with any TOS.✎I reserve the right to refuse service to any customer for any reason such as being impolite or uncooperative. This may also result in denial of future services.

WILL DRAW

✎ Anthropomorphic, Four-Legged, Humanoid, and Human characters.
✎ Mechanics: Mechanical characters, vehicles, tools, weapons, etc.
✎ Closed species, aliens, creatures, etc.
✎ Violence, gore, etc.Don’t see what you’re looking for? Ask! I will draw anything within my current abilities.

Turnaround

✎Effective September 24th 2023, turnaround times can no longer be estimated. I understand that with a no-refund policy this can be sketchy, but with starting school in accelerated courses, I cannot predict my coursework, nor the free time I will have to work on commissions. I thank all clients for their trust and patience, and clients may reach out for an update at any time post-sketch approval. If I cannot complete the commission due to class work, a refund will be issued immediately. Refer to refund section for more information on refunds. YOU AGREE TO THIS POLICY UPON COMMISSIONING ME.✎GHOSTING POLICY: If a client needs to back out of a commission for any reason, it must be communicated to me. Failure to do so will result in a blacklist, and refunds will not be offered.✎GHOSTING (Cont.): If a client halts the commission process (does not approve an update, does not give the go-ahead to move forward in the process, etc.) for an extended period of time, especially with the intention of forcing me to violate my given timeframe, no refund will be offered and you will be blacklisted from future openings.✎Turnaround times depend on my job and my current queue. To get a better idea of my queue and how long a commission may take, take a look at my Trello✎You may reach out for an estimate of when your commission will be complete, but bear in mind it is an estimation and not a due date/promise.

Process

✎I will NOT begin the commission until payment is received. Sketches may be provided prior to payment at my discretion. However this is not a guarantee, expect to pay upfront.✎Major changes such as pose or drastic expression changes MUST be made during the sketch phase. Any large changes post-lineart will result in an upcharge. If upcharge is refused, the commission will be either refunded or completed as is.
WIP shots may be requested at any time past the sketch phase. Please do not request WIPs before the sketch is completed.✎Upon completion, the client will be sent the full piece via email upon request.

Payment

✎Payment is accepted via PayPal, Cashapp or Venmo.
I WILL NOT ACCEPT any form of social media currency (i.e. DeviantART points or Amino Coins)✎Payment must be made prior to me proceeding with the commission.✎Payment will be received ONLY via invoice in order to prevent scams and chargebacks. It is not personal, and there will be no exceptions to this.

REFUNDS

✎A full refund will be issued if I decide to cancel the commission for any reason.✎If two weeks have passed and your commission has not been at all started, you may request a full refund.✎NO REFUNDS WILL BE AVAILABLE ONCE SKETCH IS APPROVED.

NSFW

✎All NSFW commissions require an age in social media bios that is over 18. If a minor attempts to commission NSFW they will be blacklisted and blocked from my platforms.✎NSFW commissions are subject to an upcharge from my base prices. I will have this outlined in my commissions section, under add-ons. If NSFW is not present in add-ons, I do not offer NSFW slots for that commission type.✎I can and will turn away commissions with topics that make me uncomfortable. This includes feral, non-con, character(s) that are underage, and more. This is fully at my discretion.✎To prevent exposure to minors, clients may reach out to me privately for nsfw examples, which I will provide via dm, or I will give access to my nsfw platform.
