• By purchasing my services (art), you automatically agree to the following conditions.
• Please read this entirely and carefully. I will refuse your commission if you do not agree to these terms.
• If you are not comfortable with my Terms Of Service and/or are not willing to agree to the conditions, you may not request a commission.
• I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes and alike. Please do not upload it to any AI sites as this could compromise my artwork.
• NFT usage is strictly forbidden.

• Please note that all of my sales are "Digital Artwork" and it is the Artwork’s "Intellectual Property" that is purchased by you, the Client.
• Nothing is ever intended by either me or the Client, to be physically shipped to them.-GENERAL
• I can refuse my services to anyone without stating my reasons.
• All artwork and designs are for personal or non-commercial use only, please contact me to discuss this if needed.
• Payment and transactions should be done through PayPal or Kofi, I'll PM you the instructions.
• I will only accept USD via PayPal as payment. Please do not convert it to Philippine Peso if PayPal gives you an option to do so.
• If my TOS is repeatedly broken, your account and email will be blacklisted.
• I may use my artwork and designs as portfolio examples unless stated otherwise by the client.
• I reserve the right to post finished works on my social media unless stated otherwise by the client.-COMMISSIONS
• I usually take up to 3-5 days to respond to your initial order inquiry.
• Please understand that commissions may take from weeks to months as I have to also do work for school and other life priorities.
• You reserve the right to set a deadline for your commission. This deadline must be disclosed prior to payment.
• I have the right to decline a project if there is too short of a time allowance.
• I will work on commissions randomly. This means I will work on the piece I'm the most inspired/ comfortable with at the moment to ensure quality finished work.
• I am not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part over the course of the transaction.
• It is expected that you deposit 100% of the price after I finish the sketch and is approved by you.
• After 100% of the payment is sent, I will finish the artwork with WIPs sent to you if needed.-ADOPTS
• Payment should be 100% paid within 48 hours after I've confirmed your purchase unless stated otherwise (holds).
• Characters bought are for personal use only.
• You may edit the character however you like as long as the original version of my design is still shown.
• Please don't resell my designs higher than their original price. You can do so if there's additional art (Including your own art, just be reasonable)
• My adopts will have a toyhouse made after the payment. Please tell me your toyhouse username and I'll send it to you. Emailed unwatermarked designs can be an alternative if toyhouse is not possible.
