【TOS】Terms of Service

When you commission me you are agreeing to the following terms below. Terms and conditions will most likely change over time, so don't be afraid to ask me any questions.

  • Full payment upfront. Please do not send the money until I say so.

  • Payment will only be through PayPal. I will send you my PayPal through our transfer.

  • Refunds are available if you decide rather you don't want a commission anymore or if I take too long.

  • I have the right to cancel a commission for any reason (mainly if it goes against my boundaries/rules).

  • The commissioner is allowed to use their commission for personal use only (As a profile picture, wallpapers, re-uploading with proper credit, etc.)

  • No commercial use of any kind!

  • I hold all rights to my artwork, meaning I will use my art in galleries and to help promote myself.

  • I will provide you with updates, so please be patient with me. Please do not rush me, or I will cancel the commission.

Things I will and won't draw

The following below are lists of what I will and will not draw. Remember, if you request a commission from me that goes against these boundaries, I have the full right to recline and cancel the commission.

  • Anthros

  • Mythical creatures like Unicorns, Pegasus, Mermaids, Dragons, Griffins, Centaurs, Etc.

  • Blood / Gore (Mild / Limited)

  • Complex designs

  • Weapons (limited)

  • Fandoms (Fanart) / OCs

✘ What I will not draw ✘

  • NSFW (meaning anything sexual) / Completely nude figures

  • Fetishes

  • Hate speech

  • Racism

  • Homophobia

  • Basically, anything that dehumanizes others.

I'm pretty chill when it comes to art, so don't be afraid to ask any further questions, especially if something isn't on either of these lists.
