Basic backgrounds (such as flat colours, gradients and basic patterns) are free.

Simple backgrounds include cloudy skies, bokeh lights, plants, windows etc. The character takes up most of the canvas.

Detailed backgrounds include large landscapes or sceneries such as mountains with clouds, interiors, buildings, etc. These are for artworks where the background is larger than the character.

I will draw: Humanoids / Fantasy species / Original species

I won't draw: Gore / Mecha / Complex creatures or monsters / Anthro (willing to try but it's not my forte)

Closed species require proof of slot ownership!

Please avoid linking images of other's characters and designs as reference. You may however link mine or your own designs as examples. Reference images of characters from anime, games, etc. are acceptable as examples but not to be heavily referenced.

All commissions and designs are digital goods and services and will be delivered via direct message or preferred method of contact such as email. No physical product will be shipped out.

Please be patient. Commissions can take between 1 week to 3 months or more. I will notify you if there are delays.

Complex designs will cost extra.

I will send previews for approval before finalising if requested. You may edit it if you wish. Major changes must be made during the sketch stage so please be clear and concise with your list of changes and/or provide visual references.

Major changes after completion comes with additional fees.

You must be 18+ to order NSFW commissions. If you are found lying about your age, you will be banned from my commissions for 1 year.

Harassment, fake bids, ignoring notes/payment will result in a 1 month ban. Continuous rule breaking will results in a permanent ban and block. If you wish for your ban to be revoked, you can reach out via email [email protected] or my Toyhouse if you haven't already been blocked there.

Payment must be paid in USD or DA Points ($1 = 100 points)

PayPal payments must be paid via Invoice (unless stated otherwise).

No refunds (with the exception of serious or emergency financial situations).

Chargebacks will result in a ban from my commissions and adoptables.

Payment Plans are only available for designs over a certain amount with a maximum period of 2-3 weeks (or within the agreed time).

The minimum amount must be paid upfront.

Please be absolutely sure when committing to buy. If you back out or cancel, you will not receive your deposit back.

Do not trace, steal or copy my designs.

I will only hold adoptables for 3-7 days or longer if agreed upon. If you do not respond or pay within that time frame you will forfeit your claim and the adoptable will go back up for sale or to the next highest bidder.

Please credit me for the design and artwork whenever necessary.

You may slightly modify the design, give them clothes, change the gender, colours, species, etc.

You may change the design to a closed species as long as you have proof that you have permission to do so or if you own the species yourself.

You may request minor changes to the colours/design.

Requests for major design changes cost extra.

You may resell, trade, gift or voucher my designs.

If you want to notify me about change of ownership, you can message me or tag me on Deviantart or Toyhou.se.

You may not resell for more than the total price you paid for the design + value of commissioned art. Please mention the base price without the extra art when reselling.

Personal art and gift art do not count towards resale value.

Traded or gifted designs cannot be resold unless additional art has been purchased for it. Resale value is then calculated from the additional artworks purchased after the trade.

You may trade/voucher for something of equal value to the price you bought or traded the design for + value of commissioned art.

Vouchered designs are considered traded.

Please be clear about the original and actual worth of a design when trading or vouchering. I take no responsibility for these transactions.

I have the right to post finished commissions online in my gallery and social media unless advised by the commissioner to keep it private.

Commissioned works and designs are for Personal Use (Non-Commercial Use) meaning you are not allowed to sell, reprint or make profit off my artworks.

For Commercial use, please discuss with me prior or after purchasing. A Commercial License requires an additional payment of 100-150% for artworks or designs exceeding $150 USD. If the total is below $150 USD, the fee will vary between 100-400% depending on the art pieces and original sale price. Upon receiving payment for Commercial Use, all Commercial Rights for the artworks and/or designs will be handed over to the client.

Client may create physical or digital products involved in but not limited to printing, stickers, webcomics, novels and website elements for Commercial and Non-Commercial use.

Non-Commercial Use involves using my art/designs for videos, streaming, emojis, Vtubing for non-profit reasons and activities.

Commercial Use involves using my art/designs for generating revenue through means such as selling digital/physical goods, advertising and streaming/video income.

All artworks and designs are not to be sold as NFTs or uploaded onto AI generating / AI training websites of any kind regardless if a Commercial License was purchased or not.
