Payment is expected upfront through PayPal only.

For commissions over $200, I accept payment in a minimum of $100 installments. Your commission will not be completed until it has been paid for in full.

Refunds are negotiable only if the commissioned work has not been completed. If progress has already begun, you may be subject to a partial refund. You may receive a full refund if I have not begun working on or if I cancel your commission. Refunds are non-negotiable for completed, or nearly completed work.

I do not offer bulk discounts for buying multiple commissions at once.

Please expect a turn around time of six weeks after the last installment of payment, or more if your commission has more time consuming details. You will be given updates as progress is made on your commission.

If you need your commission to be completed by a specific date, you will need to let me know when you first contact me. There may be an additional fee for a strict deadline.

Major revisions to works in progress that I was not made aware of prior may be subject to an additional fee. I may decline to do so if it has already been approved of. I will not make any revisions to the final product after it has been approved.

You will receive a digital file of the completed artwork. There are no physical copies.

You may ask for print quality work (300DPI) for an additional charge. As the client, you are responsible for printing.

You may not edit, copy, trace my artwork, or claim it as your own.

You must provide credit to one of my social media platforms if you repost or use my artwork online.

I reserve the right to publish commissioned work online.

Unless we have discussed otherwise, all commissioned work is for personal, noncommercial use only.
