just be normal and have common sense. i can and will blacklist you if you are rude, unreasonable, or intentionally make me uncomfortable.

Do not edit or change my art or designs for nsfw purposes. this includes (heavy) gore and attacks toward any minority in any way.

I reserve the right to cancel or decline a commission.

I have a life outside of art. keep reminders to a minimum.

Depending on my motivation, my art could take upward of weeks. if i see fit, i may have to cancel your commission. please keep this in mind before claiming a slot.

Please properly credit me if you post your finished art elsewhere. Link either my instagram or toyhouse in the post, or in your bio if you use it as a profile picture.

Do not force me on a deadline unless for a birthday gift, and even then please give me plenty of time in advance.

Don't use my art unless you commissioned it or got it as a gift.

each slot counts as one piece of art. if you are commissioning multiple, it will count as more slots.

If you had a specific idea in mind, please state so in your form, and please provide as much detail as possible.

You are not entitled a design, nor are you guaranteed one when you offer.

please read the entire post when offering on designs. it is not my fault if you missed something and your comment got deleted.

For customs, Please have a moodboard or palette ready when commissioning. if you do not have one, please provide a description of your idea and I will create a moodboard myself.

do not drastically alter the design unless you plan on making it separately and selling the original. small changes only are allowed.

You may change anything about the design (species, gender, etc.) as long as it complies with the above rule.

You may resell your adopt for the same price as you bought it or lower. added art can add to the worth.

You may gift or trade your designs, but please notify me first.

You may upload your purchased design to toyhou.se, sta.sh, etc. as long as I recieve proper credit.

You are allowed to ask for a trade or offer art in exchange for money if you do not have the amount requested, unless stated otherwise.

You are not allowed to claim to have designed the character yourself, even if it was redesigned slightly.

Do not purchase a design from me with the intention of selling it immediately afterwards. if i catch you doing this you will be blacklisted.

If you’re going to offer art, please be sure you will be able to complete your end of the deal.

If your end of the deal falls through I reserve the right to revoke the design of the commission/custom and resell it to another user.

some characters i may ask for you to trade or notify me if they go up for offers again. please follow my word.

Characters marked as "duo" are in a pair with another character. I will not trade them separately, and if you wind up with them you are expected to keep them together. If you do not do so you may be blacklisted, depending on the circumstance.

Because i communicate throughout the entire commission process, I will not do changes past the lineart point. any further changes will add onto your total fee.

I will not allow refunds unless I run into personal issues or have not started.

i do not do full refunds past the sketch stage, but i may do partial refunds.

I will make changes if I have made a mistake on my part, as it is my mistake.

Payment will be up front or after a sketch (or half-and-half).

I take payment in DA POINtS ONLY. I no longer accept amino coins as payment, and I will not accept real currency as i have no way to recieve it.

I do not accept any other currency or physical items.

I will accept mixed offers with art/trades in most cases.
