★completion time★
depending upon what you order, it can take anywhere from 2 days, to three months maximum. smaller pieces (such as icons) are easier to get out, reflecting both the price and wait time.
do:
- ask for updates weekly !
- openly communicate any issues you see within the piece, i send updates as im working!
- be kind and respectful
don’t:
- send daily messages (it makes me feel as if im being rushed, the piece’s quality reflects this heavily)
- be rude/ignorant when asking (i.e ”where the f- is my commission at?” (when its only been a week. if its nearing paypal’s 3 month protection, i completely understand asking in that “tone”)

★COPYRIGHT★
- do NOT put my art through any AI “Art” program.
- being as i am the one to create the piece, i will use it for examples of my works, (i.e. promoting myself/my commissions)
- the commissioner is to use the piece for personal use and personal use alone. (unless purchased as a gift, logo, or selling the character the art is of (in this case, if the owner of the character does not want the art to go with the character that it soley between you and the other person).)
- feel free to post the artwork to any website, with credit given to shiba_t0ys/shiba tøys, or Jazmine for “irl” customers.
- never remove my watermark, its as if my digital signature, and is to be treated as such.
- you, as the commissioner, are NOT to use the piece for commercial use unless that was brought up in the beginning. If desired, I will require a $40 fee minimum for personal logos and a $60 fee for commercial use. (payments in half are fine. 50 now, 50 later.)

★REFUND POLICY★
- i have the right to cancel a commission with a FULL REFUND at any given point, regardless if you’d rather have the art. (i’m extremely unlikely to do so (the only time I did was when my iPad was lost to a house fire), but its here just in case.)
- during the “rough sketch” part of the process is the only time you will be entitled to a full refund. you may not use any wips i’ve sent thus far after the refund has been issued.
- during “lineart”, you are entitled to a 50% refund. Lineart on a solid background will be sent to you, and the commission will be closed.
- during “flat colors”, you are entitled to a 25% refund. full resolution flat color piece will be sent.
- if i begin shading and you request a refund, you will be denied. it is up to you if you want me to complete the piece or not at this point, if not, i will send the full resolution flat-colored piece.
