Do's and Don'ts

I WILL DO: Furry/Anthro, Humans, Animals, Fantasy creatures, FanartI WILL NOT DO: Mecha, Real people, Imitate other people’s art, Any kind of hate speech• I reserve the right to accept or deny any commission inquiry for any reason.• I will not draw another person’s character without their permission.• If you’re unsure if I will draw something, message me.• By commissioning me, you are accepting my terms of service.

Commission Details

• Send all commission requests via the form on the prices page.• You will need to provide me with visual references of the character(s) you want, as well as details about the scene, backgrounds, etc.• I will not accept AI generated images as references or inspiration.• Be sure to be clear on your descriptions to avoid misunderstandings.• Specify to me if you want your commission to be private. If you don’t specify it, I can post WIPs and the final version of your commission on my social media.• I will provide you with sketch WIPs: one for the general pose, and another more detailed. I will make any changes necessary before moving to lineart, but will only accept big changes to the pose on the first stage.• I will also send WIPs during the rest of the process, but will only accept making small changes in these.• Commissions may take anywhere from 1 week to 2 months, depending on my schedule. If you need the art done by a certain date, it must be discussed before payment, as it may need an extra fee.• I don’t work on brazillian holidays or weekends.

Payment

• All commissions must be paid in full upfront, via PayPal.• I will only start working on your piece once payment is confirmed.• No refunds will be issued after I begin working on a piece.• The prices listed are base prices. Depending on the complexity of the piece, prices may vary.

Usage

• Your commission is for personal use only.• Commercial rights to my works belong to me, unless discussed otherwise before payment.• You may not use any of my works for NFT/Non Fungible Tokens, cryptocurrency, blockchain-based technologies, or as training for AI.• You may not claim my art as your own, edit it, or remove my signature.
