General Commission TOS

❥ My commissions can take up to 2 weeks long to make due to motivation issues, and if it takes longer you may be entitled to a refund if no progress has been made on the commission.
❥ I would prefer to stay in contact with you via Twitter so I can give you regular updates on how things are going, discuss details for the drawing, and for WIP updates!
❥ My refund policy is that if I do not make any progress or move past the WIP stages towards your commission after 2 weeks and you don't feel like waiting any longer, I am willing to give a full refund! There will be no refunds once the product is finished or nearly complete/past the wip stages.❥ These are mostly for personal use, any commercial use I would like to be talked to about before you do buy however so we can discuss rates and use! But feel free to use it in any way you want otherwise as long as you do not claim full credit for the art. Credit to me would be nice but isn't absolutely necessary!
❥ You are not allowed to use these for NFT's or commercial use without permission.

✨ Adopt TOS ✨

❥ You may resell the designs, but do not sell them for more than you bought it for! Only if you have commissioned art of them you may sell them for more to account for money spent on art of them.❥ No you cannot refund an adopt once you have bought them, but you can resell/trade/gift them.❥ I’d love to keep updated on owners, which is why I’d prefer it if you’re able to upload them to toyhou.se. Please credit my toyhou.se properly if you upload it there.❥ Feel free to give them a personality, gender, and have fun with them! Minor design alterations and changes are fine as long as you don’t majorly overhaul them to the point they’re unrecognizable. Feel free to give them accessories as well.❥ Don’t claim the original adopt artwork as your own artwork please! I don’t mind reposting my artwork as long as you give me proper credit. Heavily editing or painting over my artwork is also not acceptable.❥ Please don’t use my adopts to sell merchandise, they are mostly made for non-profit personal use only! If you are adamant on using it for commercial use do let me know so we can talk things over, I’d love to know beforehand and talk over how I can be credited for the design. However, you cannot use my own art of the design for commercial use.❥ Co-owning is completely fine with my designs, just let me know of the co-owners and be aware of the dangers of co-owning! Also I would not like to be involved in any drama relating to co-owning, I’m simply just the creator.❥ If you get gifted an adopt, you cannot resell it! You can however trade it or gift it to someone else.

More About Me!

My name is Silvesary online, however you’re free to call me Silv, Silve, or Sary! Truthfully I am no stickler to what pronouns you use for me or what nicknames you come up for me as long as its not meant in a aggressive way!I’m a young adult mostly enjoying whatever comes my way in life and enjoying whatever next video game release comes out! There’s too many video games I truly enjoy to fully list as I have a tendency to focus on multiple series at once and try new things, but often not you can strike up a convo about any game with me as a result!I am a huge fan of cutesy and soft art, as well as scenery art! I am especially a big lover of clouds by far, but by far I am a huge fan of animation the most! I started drawing more all the way back in 2012 because I was inspired by Fleesveon on Flipnote Hatena and have been drawing off and on a lot since then! I tend to lean towards and enjoy art of a similar flipnote style as well. It is due to these roots is why my sona Silvesary also retains such an odd design, very reminiscent of the hatena style.What I tend to draw also jumps around with my interests so it can be hard to follow me at times! You're completely free to unfollow or even block me if my art/interests are something you don't like, no hard feelings! :>
