by receiving an art piece or design by me, you agree to these terms
please make sure to read both sections

ART AND DESIGNS

⋆ always credit me when using my art or design
⋆ do not heavily reference, trace, or copy my art or designs
⋆ taking inspiration is fine, but please credit me
⋆ you may make changes or edits to designs you own by me
⋆ ask me before editing my art work
⋆ if you heavily change, revamp, or redesign one of my designs please contact me
⋆ you can not add tos or rules onto one of my designs
⋆ you may co-own my designs, but i do not take responsibility for them
⋆ you cannot use my artwork or designs as a nft
⋆ do not use my artwork for commercial use
⋆ you may trade or resell my designs

COMMISSIONS AND ADOPTS

⋆ i only take paypal usd, venmo. cashapp and deviant art points currently
⋆ i do not take holds or payment plans
⋆ you may only request a refund if it’s been over a month since I’ve accepted payment for the commission.
⋆ a full refund will be given if i have not started your commission, a 50% refund will be given if i have already sketched, and no refund will be given for if I’ve started on the lineart or beyond.
⋆ my turn around ranges from a few days to two months
^ please tell me if you need the piece sooner, a charge may be placed
^ do not rush me to finish your piece, especially if I’m taking commissions in a batch
⋆ i take payment upfront, or if asked, when i finish the sketch
^ i will not start or further work on your commission till payment is sent
⋆ complex designs, excluding customs and chibi may charge more
⋆ if ordering a chibi, complex designs will be simplified to fit into the style
⋆ my chibi style tends to vary, please let me know if you any specifications (clean vs textured lineart, dot eyes, ect)
⋆ i do not draw NSFW, or anything 18+
⋆ i only feel comfortable with drawing feral animals, please let me know ahead of time if you're interested in buying an anthro, mech, or human/humanoid
⋆ when i show you wips, please do not be shy to ask for edits and if you do not want any changes, then tell me that specifically
⋆ please be as specific as possible when ordering a custom, feel free to give me plenty of references, descriptions, pallets, moonboards, ect. I want to deliver a design that you are happy with.
⋆ you must fill out the form i give you when commissioning
* payment for both adopts and commissions must be sent within 48 hours otherwise I may cancel the order or put the adopt back up for sale⋆ do not bid what you do not have
⋆ let me know if you are backing out of your bid
⋆ backing out of your bid twice will result in a warning, and the next time a block
⋆ deleting or editing your bid will result in a warning, and may result in a block of practiced often
⋆ if i accept art or customs for an adopt, this must be completed within a three months, failure to complete the payment may result in me taking the design back
