i reserve the right to reject any commission inquiry for any reason.

my art may never be used in any blockchain related technologies, including NFTs and any form of cryptocurrency.

my art may never be used for training artificial intelligence programs.

you may post art you have commissioned from me on your social media with credit.

i may post commission pieces on my social media. please let me know beforehand if you would like me not to.

payments are made upfront through paypal or vgen.

commissions with prices over 100 usd may be split into installment payments, which will be negotiated with the client. the initial payment will be at least 50% of the total price.

refunds will only be allowed before you have received an initial sketch. a partial refund will be available after a sketch has been sent.

refunds are not available for colored sketches or chibis.

if the only references you provide are from a doll-maker (picrew, dress-up games, etc) and you want deviations from the reference provided, a partial or full design fee will be added depending on how close the reference is to your character.

i will not work off of references that are AI-generated or created by an artist that utilizes generative AI.

for ffxiv character commissions: i will not work off of screenshots that use mods (excepting upscaling/texture improving mods). if you want your character to look different than their ingame model, please provide additional written description or drawn reference. drawing over a screenshot is also acceptable.

commissioned work is for personal use only, unless the appropriate fee has been paid for commerical usage.

personal use includes but is not limited to: avatars/banners on social media (with credit), phone/PC wallpapers, printing for personal usage (ex. on a shirt or as a sticker for yourself).

you may not make profit off of merchandise made using my art unless you have paid for commercial use.

commercial usage fee for streaming is 1.5x the price of your commission.

commercial usage fee for merchandising is 2x the price of your commission.

i retain the rights as the artist and creator of any commissions i create.

my signature may not be removed or edited from any commission.

i will keep in contact with you throughout the commission process through the platform of your choice.

major revisions are allowed without charge before the sketch has been finalized.

after the sketch has been finalized, major revisions will incur a fee starting at 5 usd and increasing based on the magnitude of the revision. this fee will never exceed the initial price of the commission.

minor revisions are allowed without charge throughout the commission process.

commissions with a hard deadline within two weeks of the initial request will incur a rush fee.

commissions will be completed and delivered at most within three (3) months of request, unless i have communicated with you beforehand.

if the commission is not completed within this timeframe, you may request a full refund if there has been no sketch provided, or a partial refund if a sketch has been finalized.

your finished commission file will be sent to you via email, discord, or vgen.

i reserve the right to reject service to anyone for any reason.

i retain the rights my designs, artwork, and other intellectual property. i may post them on my social media or add them to my portfolio even after transferring ownership.

my designs and art may be used for personal use; they may not be used for commercial use unless i have reached an agreement with you. please email me for inquiries about commerical use.

you may post art and designs you have purchased from me on social media with credit only.

please credit all art and designs to my twitter or my toyhouse (@siscomknight) when posting my art and designs.

my art and my designs may never be used for NFT/NFT related purposes.

refunds are not permitted once ownership has been transferred.

for custom designs, my standard commission terms and conditions apply.

if you are paying for a design with art, please complete the art within a reasonable amount of time.

do not delete any designs purchased on toyhou.se from the site.

if a design is purchased not on toyhou.se but has a profile on-site, the design profile will be kept on my toyhou.se account (@siscomknight) unless traded or resold by the owner to a new owner who has a toyhou.se profile.

do not edit or delete the images of the original design artwork.

once purchased and ownership is transferred, you may alter my designs in a separate artwork.

my designs may be gifted, traded, or resold. designs may only be resold for the price they were purchased at + the price of any additional art commissioned for this design.

if a design was purchased with art or by trade, it may not be resold unless you have purchased additional art. the price purchased at is counted as the minimum money value bid from in the original listing of the design. if there is no minimum money value listed, the price purchased at is counted as $0.

if a design was gifted to you or was acquired in a free raffle or gacha, the price purchased at is counted as $0, and you may not resell it unless you have purchased additional art.
