• I'm a novice artist, for the same reason, try to see if you like the art I have in my gallery or not. Don't expect something "better" than that.

• I am not a native English speaker, and I have greater knowledge of Spanish, so I may have to ask questions that I don't understand.

• Although I usually have a lot of time to draw and this translates into short waiting times, I also have a life outside of drawing. And no matter what, my real life comes first.

• I usually ask if the buyer wants WIPs, but I still keep the right not to give them if it is a cheap, discounted, or not very elaborate commission. Waiting for answers would make the job much longer.

• In case of providing WIPs, the changes will have to be requested before accepting to continue with the work.

  • Late changes may be charged.

  • Major changes when the job is finished may be denied.

• The works will be digital and there is no possibility of sending them by ordinary mail.

• Most payments will be to the address provided on paypal.me, in U.S. dollars and BEFORE work begins.

• Payment will always be paid in full before the commission begins. The only exceptions will be in commissions that exceed a determined amount of money, which may be divided into two payments: one before and one before handing over the HQ file.

• My commissions are private and in no case can they be used commercially, nor by the buyer himself.

• Any kind of reproduction or sale of prints, cups or posters with my art is denied.

• At Deviantart, I, the artist, will be the one to upload the original piece to my account: the buyer is advised that this will happen unless they wants it to be private, but that would charge extra fees.

• It is totally forbidden to upload my art in any account without the links to the original post.

• It is forbidden to upload my art to deviantart accounts other than my own, if the buyer would like to upload his commission to his account, they should explain the reasons and agree with me first.

• In case of uploading the drawing to other accounts (not on Deviantart):

  1. Always provide a link to the original art in my own Deviantart account.

  2. In case of Toyhouse, it will be worth giving me the copyright, adding me, aracollie, as the author of the drawing. (I prefer that in toyhouse you use my toyhouse account as the author (aracollie))

By sending an e-mail or a DM asking for a commission, 

you state that you have read and agreed to my Terms of Service.
