☆ WISH ☆

"You can't be serious... give me a dozen donuts."

Lilith didn't have an stable understanding of this wishing business — she thought it was some man trying to pick her up or make her laugh, which at the time she needed. She went along with all his strange requests but made the stupidest wish she could have ever asked for... and that was wishing for donuts. In hindsight, she was always making stupid decisions but she didn't know that this one would change her fate.

Lilith is a curious individual with a big heart, although her nature tends to lead her astray and be terribly uncoordinated. She usually is just living for the thrill of life, looking for the exciting next thing to keep her mind occupied rather then looking for full time commitments which leads into her freeloader-like behavior. Honestly, she isn't completely unkind, she usually always gives back to the people that give her what she needs at the time, but shes never had a great time in job hunting since her time in university. Lilith earnestly has nowhere she wants to go in life and it often frustrates the people around her. This usually leads her to be opportunistic and flighty, always looking for the greener grass on the other side of the fence.

Lilith is the best person to go and talk about your feelings to. She loves the attention and adores to care for others, being their rock in hard times. Often this leads to Lilith not having many friends to rely on herself. Usually to make up for this she talks to all kinds of people to discuss small troubles with, spreading them out to various people rather then overwhelming one close friend with everything. Other then being quite the empath, she is rather dependent on others herself in a more physical nature.

In hard times Lilith can seem strong to others but usually inside her brain is a mess of emotions and stress. She can be forgetful and tiring to others as she leans on them wholeheartedly to help her put herself back together. Lilith has a tendency to bottle up all her emotions until she parties hard and crashes in the kitchen eating all your ice-cream and crying about silly, meaningless things.

BIOGRAPHY

Timeline — TL;DR

Story Form

Lilith was a very happy five year old when her baby twin brothers, Kain and James, were born and able to give the small playful girl some company. Her already busy parents were happy but even more spread thin then before, getting a lot of help from Lilith even this young. By all means, her parents were not wealthy, but they tried very hard for them to be always supported and cared for, even if they never realized the effect of always been at work themselves. Lilith did often get annoyed by her brothers but as they got older they learned to play together and soon they were a little hellion trio, bothering their baby sitters to no end. They often fought physically with one another, this turning into wrestling matches with them even if she was smaller when they got older(and they still do this to in the present).

At this time, Lilith had a lot of fun in school, always trying to get her energy out with a few different sports like track and volleyball and enjoying socializing with her peers. In general, she was a very normal, lucky little girl with the future in her hands, often making her parents have high expectations of her. They were baby sat until Lilith turned 13, finally trusting this busy girl with her nine year old brothers until they were also 13. In this time, Lilith was learning from the baby sitter and took her job as a motivated, hyper older sister very seriously. She learned how to cook and clean very well, developing a very strong bond with her brothers at this time despite them being five years apart in age.

By the time she turned 16 she was starting to grow tired of her constant obligations to baby sitting and began to hang out with many friend groups in high school, often excitable, wild crowds. Lilith knew the boys together could handle themselves at home so she wasn't too worried about them being home alone. Eventually one thing lead to another and Lilith was introduced into some more unsavoury peer groups — but being a nervous kid, she just wanted to be liked by them and have others to support her so she often followed the things they did. It usually didn't matter what it was, Lilith was there cuffing classes with them and generally being an annoyance. It was when it got to openly bullying others that she decided they crossed the line, figuring out being awful to others wasn't worth the unease of their unstable friendships. Lilith was alone for the rest of her high school life, glad to graduate despite her messing around so much with bad people.

Unknowingly, her parents had a fund saved for her to go to a nice university and a very excited Lilith went to one nearby, feeling obligated to use the money they worked so hard to raise for her. With all the choices of classes to pick from, Lilith was drawn to classes that involved learning about people and how they worked; for Lilith, her goal and motivations clung onto her love of care. With that in mind, many of the classes she focused on were based in psychology, sociology, and of course health. During this lazy beginning of university and her being a social butterfly, Lilith easily made new friends. These friends were, for the most part, good people that had her back when she needed them but also had hers — maybe even too much. Lilith loved the company of her peers, supporting them was just a cherry on top for her because of her interest in others.

Eventually, after two years of being in university Lilith decides she's had enough of living at home and moves into a small apartment to call her own. Because of this, Lilith gets jobs part-time and uses her parents loan to help as well. She was okay with spending more time in school for the pleasurable feeling of having a place to call home. Lilith was always jealous of her independent friends so this was a step in the right direction for her life... that is how she felt in the beginning. Being busy all the time eventually spread thin her relationships with her friends and family, they were all close but just barely seeing each other.

Over the course of another few years and Lilith was exhausted of this routine; she was tired every day, feeling her soul leaving every minute that she had to prepare for an exam or had a tough day at work. She grew into self medicative behaviors, drinking a bit more to forget the stress or relying on energy drinks and pills to focus on her school work. It took one rough weekend party for her to realize she wasn't happy living like this, breaking down to a friend and expelling all her woes and negative feelings. Her friend was surprised to see Lilith bottling all this inside but it made sense to them — Lilith lost herself.

Knowing pain is temporary, her friend kicked some sense into her that night, it was time to stop living a lie. She needed to finish her studies to make her pain for something good. Inspired by her friends strength, Lilith managed to continue and not give up.

A new fire was lit up under her.

Finally, after five years total, Lilith graduated with a bachelor of arts and majoring in sociology at the age of 23. She made her parents money worth their effort and she managed to come out with something she was proud of but she couldn't help but wonder one big important thing. What would she do now? She couldn't live that again, it wore the personality right out of her, yet... she had to survive and make money. Lilith suddenly realized why people had such a hard time at her age and it upset her to know she would have to continue. She picked up full-time work. Job after job, Lilith didn't stay in a single place for too long. She craved excitement and challenges and refused to sit in one place.

After leaving a job, 28 year old Lilith finds her way to her favourite bar to wind down. It was dark, she didn't plan on bringing anybody with her or drinking a lot, just enough to relax from the stress that ate at her life. This is when a strange man approached her. He was dressed in black, the shadow of the room seemed to envelope him and make him even harder to see yet there was a handsome face with a charming smile... she decided to buy him a drink. They chat for what seemed like hours before he told her something strange,

"I'm afraid I'm not only here to talk, but to grant you a wish, love." He spoke smooth and confident like he had the whole night, "...What do you say?"

Of course, she didn't believe this strange man but she humoured his joking around, she needed a good laugh and it was probably obvious to him now. He seemed like a smart man. And so, when the wish came true, it hit her like a million bricks that this was real. The man was not smiling, in fact, he seemed almost surprised by her. Maybe he was picking on how stupid she had been... but how can you blame a tipsy, tired girl for selling her soul for a dozen donuts.

This is how she met a demon named Null.

"Ahh- I am really starting to get tired of the silence..."
