• Please be aware of my commission status & slot availability before contacting me to reserve a commission. You can find this information on the homepage of this website.

• Prices are set at a minimum based on a typical hourly wage, listed prices on this webpage may not reflect the actual total depending on the specifics of your order. I am always open to discuss payment & potential price quotes as long as my commission status is open.

• Payment must be made in USD through PayPal invoice. All payment is required UP FRONT and PAID IN FULL before the commission process is to begin. All sales are considered final, refunds are provided at my discretion.

• By placing an order, you agree that you have read all terms & conditions associated with the sale. FOR YOUR PROTECTION, PLEASE DO NOT SKIM.

• My artwork is never to be used commercially without my prior consent. I do not waiver any rights to my artwork unless signed agreement under contract.

• I regularly clean up my devices to conserve space. It is buyer's responsibility to backup their commission and any included files, such as .PSDs. I cannot provide a lost file, nor can I or later modify an artwork (such as reference sheet) without a .PSD.

• I am just one person, not a company/team. Please exercise patience and understanding when communicating. Thank you.

How to Order

To order, please email me at sylphystudio@gmail.com (or, if you found this webpage through an active commission thread or social media page, feel free to contact me there instead if I appear to be active) with all of the necessary information on-hand to request a slot. Please include at least a basic description of what you are looking for so that I can let you know right away if I am able to work with your idea.

I am flexible with descriptions & reference material, but please keep in mind that the more precise material I have to work with means less work in the long-run, which means it is more cost effective for you. I am open to discuss commissions & price quotes with potential customers as long as my commission status remains open.

You may use the outline below, though it is not required to follow this exact format:

NAME: Your preferred name or how to address you
CONTACT: Your preferred means of contact (the more reliable the better)
PAYPAL: The Paypal address that will receive invoice for your payment (check for spelling errors)
WHO THE COMMISSION IS FOR: Whom I should make this commission out to when posting the final result

Once your order & payment information is verified, I will confirm your slot. You should have payment on hand & ready to send when you claim a slot, I do not reserve unpaid commissions. Depending on how many people are ahead of you there may be a bit of waiting involved. Check my slots on the homepage to see my wait-list.

When I arrive at your slot, I will send you an invoice to confirm the order. Please double-check before sending payment to ensure all of the information is correct. By placing an order, you verify that you have read and understood all of the terms & conditions associated with the sale, as outlined above and on my Terms & Conditions page. Once payment is sent, I will begin working on your commission.

Turn-around time for commissions will vary depending on my schedule, current commission queue, and the amount of work involved. Once it is started I usually estimate around 2-5 days for a smaller piece or 7-14 for something a bit larger, however if unreliable wait times may be an issue for you, please do not work with me. I will make my commissioners aware of any unexpected delays.
