Design TOS

Please read my Terms Of Service or else you'll risk ending up on my watchlist/blacklist

This is TOS is for character designs I make. This applies to any kind of design/concept of mine.

> VOIDING

• If you don't want an OC, that was designed by me, anymore. Then feel free to reach out to me about voiding it, you can delete it's Toyhouse profile once I give the go.

> REDESIGNS

• You can redesign my design, as drastic or as many times as you want, but please credit me as the original designer. You may add your credit to it if you redesigned it a ton.

• Feel free to change the species & gender. Or add accessories & forms.

> SPECIES

• You may give it a species form and keep the original design or completely turn it into a species OC. But you can't turn a one-off design of mine into a Closed/Semi-Open/Open Species without my permission.

• You can reach out to me if you'd want to turn a one-off design into a species.

> RESELLING/RETRADING

• Don't sell it for a higher value than you got it for, that's scamming.

• If you traded a character with value, for a design of mine with none, my design would not have any additional value [unless you have my permission to have added value].

> CREDITS

• Please don't take credit for my designs, even if you redesigned it a ton, please keep my credits.

• You may add your credits in it's Toyhouse profile if it was redesigned a lot.

> OTHER

• I won't sell my designs off of Toyhouse, so please don't trade one away off-site.

• Do not make a rip off of my design [If a twin oc has been made, it is fine. But if the person is trading away the twins, it has to be traded away together]

• Don't get heavily inspired by my designs or OCs
