- I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason, acceptance is not guaranteed.
- You understand that you are purchasing digital artwork and paying for the time and experience of the artist.
- If you do not reply within 24 hours after contacting me to commission your commission will be cancelled
- My prices can change. If a purchased item’s price is changed after you buy it, you will not be charged more or less. The price it was when you purchased it is the price you pay.
- Completed commissions can not and will not be refunded. However, I will make edits if it's fixing something that I messed up (such as a marking, scar or colors)
- Once artwork is completed you cannot edit it without my consent
- Please make sure that all the references and information you send me for your commission is accurateWILL & WONT
These are my guidelines for what I will and will not draw. Please do not push my boundaries.

- If you agree to accept art from me you are still agreeing to this tos.
- If you offer art in exchange for something (such as a character or an art trade) you automatically agree to this section of my tos.
- The sections below refer to when I owe an individual art and when someone owes me art.I OWE YOU
- Owed art is second on my priority list, commissions are first. I’ll most likely do both at the same time but you understand that commissions are my top priority.
- Owed art will most likely be done within 2 weeks - 6 months, I rarely need six months but seeing that I’m currently in high school, caring for and training a dog, and running an art business many of my days are very busy.
- I will rarely take over a year to complete owed art unless it it a lot of art. Currently it will only be a month or two unless I have art block or something else is happening.
- If you have a rule such as you will not take art or black list anyone who takes over a month or two months, etc to complete owed art I will not do art for you (see two points above), I would rather not risk that just in case something happens that causes me to work slower than usual.
- If owed art will take me longer than I stated here I will inform you.YOU OWE ME
- I will give you up to 6 months to complete owed art, if you need more time please inform me.
- If you take longer than the time above without any explanation you will be given a warning and after two weeks I will simply cancel the owed art.
- If you are repeatedly unable to complete your owed art in a timely manner you will be blacklistedCOMMUNICATION
- I use discord, Twitter, and Instagram dms for commissions (discord preferred). However if the client does not have any of these I can communicate via email, replies will be slower on email.
- If you contact me I would prefer you give me all communication options just in case.
- Please make sure the main contact method you give me is something you are active on.
- If you cannot or will not communicate with me for commission approvals I will continue without your input. For more information check “APPROVAL PROCESS”.
- I cannot stress how important communication is, please do not commission me if you don’t plan on communicating well.PAYMENT & REFUNDS
- Payment must be received in full before I start your commissions unless you have a payment plan
- If your commission is over $150, a payment plan can be discussed but there must be a down payment of at least $50
- Not paying within 24 hours will result in temporary blacklist. (unless there is an emergency)
- Not paying the cancellation fee ($5) for canceling an already started commission will result in a permanent blacklist.
- Once a commissions is bought there are no refunds after the sketch is sent and approved unless I cannot compete the commission
- I can cancel your commission and refund you at any time
- Do not request a PayPal charge back if you are getting a refund, I will transfer the money myself. Requesting a charge back will result in a permanent blacklist
- If you request a PayPal charge back for no reason you will be permanently blacklisted and I will provide PayPal with proof that you are attempting to scam meCANCELLED COMMISSIONS
- Commissions are automatically cancelled if you do not respond to me within 24 hours after requesting a commission
- I have the right to cancel and refund a commission for any reason
- If a cancelled commission was a mostly complete sketch, the sketch may be repurposed for another commission or artwork (removing any elements that belong to the client’s character)
- If the sketch has been started already there is a cancellation fee of $5QUEUE
- Please check my trello for my public queue and progress updates on your own commission
- Queue positions are somewhat random. Priority commissions will be first and then depending on how early you commissioned me and how often you communicate with me you will be earlier or later in the queue.
- I usually have around 8 commissions I am focusing on at a time, after those are done I take a 5 day break.
- The wait time for your commission to be done can be anywhere from a few days to 3 months. It depends on how full my queue is and how busy I am with other things in my day to day life.
- Feel free to ask for updates once a week if you are the “Doing” category on trello, however I will send you updates to approve and and updates in generalWORK IN PROGRESS
- Work in progress updates or WIPs are progress updates sent to the client, you will usually receive two or three WIPs to approve, however more WIPs may be sent depending on what you purchase or if you are getting a custom
- You can ask for one once a week if you are in my doing queue (your commission may not have been worked on further yet so you won’t receive another wip)
- Clients can make changes before the sketch is approved but any major changes after that will cost +$5 or for animated commissions +$2 for each frame
- If the client needs the art completed by a deadline they must express this at the time of purchase. I consider these a priority commission and rush fees will apply.
- Review images may be smaller than the finish piece and have a large watermark on topWIP APPROVAL
- Sketch: Once I complete the sketch for you commission you will be send a WIP to approve, changes can be made in this phase
- Line art: You will not be sent a WIP in the phase and changes will not be made
- Coloring: Once I finish the coloring I will send you a WIP to approve to ensure that I got the markings and colors correct. I will not change any coloring once it is approved unless it is something small like an eye color or mismatched paw
- Shading: You will not be sent a WIP in the phase and changes will not be made
- Fine details: After I complete this phase you will be sent the finished product, if you have any problems with it feel free to tell me however not many changes can be made at this phase unless it is my mistake.If I do not get a response within 24 hours about approving a part of a commission I will continue without your input.COMPLETED COMMISSIONS
- Finished commissions will be sent on the communication app that we use to communicate about your commission however I can send it by email if the client would like that
- Clients can request small edits such as simple color adjustments but large changes will not and can not be done unless it is an error that I made
- Once artwork is complete you can make small edits to it (ex. cropping, adding text, changing values, hue, contrast, etc)
- Do not majorly edit any completed artwork without my consent
- Do not claim that you drew or made your purchased commission, even if you edited it
- I will not redo a commission unless it was a mistake on my part
- Understand that when you purchase a commission you will receive a digital drawing, you are not buying a physical product
- All characters in my artwork belong to their respective owners unless it is of my own personal charactersIf you have a problem with anything in regards to the commissioned piece please tell me right away so we can find a solution together.QUOTES
- A quote is a price estimate for a commission, after you request a commission I will give you a quote on how much it will cost (however you should add up how much it will cost yourself, I do it to ensure you know how much you are paying)
- If there is an artwork that you see me do that does not have a commission option you can ask for a quote on how much it will cost to do something similar
- After receiving a quote you must agree whether you will pay it or not. If you agree, you must pay within 24 hours and then will be added to my queue, if you change your mind then I will give the commission slot to someone elsePRIORITY SLOTS
- Priority commissions are commissions that are automatically at the top of my queue. You have the choice to add a deadline that I will try my best to finished before the date
- I only have 3 priority commissions slots open at any given time
- You are required to dm at least two weeks in advanced for a priority commission which pits you at the top of my queue, I will then need to know the requirements and deadline if you have one.
- Priority commissions add 50% of the overall total of the commission.PUBLISHING
- I reserve the right to post any commissioned artwork to any social platform or use them for advertising, however I will hold off in posting them if they are a gift, surprise, etc if you tell me before hand
- The client can print their purchased artwork for themselves so long as they don’t profit from it. Do not sell any thing with my art on it, more info under “COMMERCIAL USE”
- The client can post my art on their own social media accounts, character archives, or storing websites (such as toyhouse or refsheet) so long as the client keeps my signature intact and credits me somewhere or on the post.
- The client can crop their purchased artwork for private use, such as social media banners, icons, videos, backgrounds, or wallpapers so long as the client keeps my signature intact and credits me somewhere
- When crediting me I would prefer you use my account on whatever platform you post or use it on but if I am not on the site then you can use my carrd to credit meCOMMERCIAL USE
This section applies to clients that wish to use their commissioned artwork for profit, sales, or a business logo. You can use it for promotion free of charge such as posting on your social media, profile picture, videos, etc.- I must give written permission for a client to use my work commercially before they use my art for profit, sales, or a business logo
- There is a 60% increase in price for a logo that will be used for a business that sells goods and/or services (profile pictures do not apply, only logos that will be used in marking or the face of a business)
- There is a 70% increase in price from the original commission and I will be getting 10% of the profits from anything sold with my artwork on it
- Commercial use is non-transferable and are exclusive to the original client
- Using any of my artwork for NFTS, AI [including being used as learning data], or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited. I could care less whether you profit from it or not, I will not create art for these things as I do not support it or want my art to be used in that wayCurrently I am not comfortable with my art being used commercially, this section is for when or if I decide I ever do. Do not sell anything with my artwork on it. I may however allow select people to use my art.BREAKING THE TOS

If you own a design made / heavily redesigned, bid / offer on my designs, or purchase a custom made by me you are automatically agreeing to these terms. This page has a latest update date, more information on tos updates are available on my Instagram stories or / and toyhouse bulletins.

These rules apply to all designs, if you have a problems with these terms please contact me.- Do not steal, trace, or copy my designs
- You may edit my designs as long as the original is kept in the gallery
- I reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone
- My designs can be freely resold, traded or gifted.
- Do not resell, trader or gift my designs off-site without telling me, make sure that the other person has read my tos as well
- My original artwork of the design may not be copied, traced, or edited by anyone, including the design owner
- Please contact for edits of original artwork, variant color schemes or design alterations. Large edits or redesigns may be commissioned
- The owner of the design may repost my original artwork, but must include visible credit to me, the designer
- If you own or purchase one of my designs off-site the character’s profile will stay in my storage with your name in the bio
- If you trade one of my designs offsite please send me back the character’s profile so I can put it in storage with the owner in the bio, do not delete the profile (this is just to better keep track of my designs)
- Before you co-own and of my designs make sure you tell me and that you and the other person have both read my tos
- If you co-own one of my designs on toyhouse do not make two separate profiles unless you got it directly from me and / or we talked about it prior to the profiles being made
- Do not make multiple character profiles for my designs unless it was talked about beforehand
- Do not sell my designs for more than purchased unless there's extra art / value
- Raffle / free ocs have a base value of $0 until art / value is added
- I’m fine with color picking as long as you don’t copy / replicate the design but if the owner of the design is not, do not color pick that design
- Do not delete/remove my designs from toyhouse
- Do not hide my designs from me on toyhouse, you can private them for whatever reason but make sure that I’m at least authorized and can still see my designs
- You can link my tos to the new owner in case reselling, trading, or gifting the character so they can agree to my tos however it is linked in the ownership tab on toyhouse
- You may use my designs as mascots, turn them into fursuits, turn them into plushies, etc as long as they are for personal use and you are not selling what you make
- Do not sexualize or make / commission nsfw artwork of my designs, I am a minor and I am not comfortable with that
- Do not use my designs for anything offensive / hateful targeted towards a specific person, community, race, etc (unless they’re just trash people like zoophiles or racists)
- Do not sell or use my designs for NFTsADOPTABLES
When you offer, bid on, purchase, or gain possession of my designs you automatically agree to these terms.- Design rights and toyhouse profiles or original design art work will be transferred after payment is received in full
- Any design edits or tweaks will be started once payment is sent and received
- The owner of the design can use them as mascots, turn them into fursuits, turn them into plushies, etc as long as they are for personal use and you are not selling what you make
- The design owner can change the design as much or as little as they want so long as you are not editing the original art
- I retain the rights to the original artwork of the design, which can not be edited or altered by anyone other than me or with explicit permission. My artwork can not be copied or traced by anyone, including the owner of my designs. Please contact me for edits of original artwork, large changes and redesigns can be commissioned
- Backing out of an AB, bid, purchase, or offer will result in an temporary blacklist unless it is an emergency. Multiple emergencies in a row will result in a temporary blacklist
- •If you cancel a AB, bid, purchase, or offer because you changed your mind you will be temporary blacklisted, please make sure you want the design offer anything
- I reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone for any reason
- If you request chargeback on a design you bought from me, it will be revoked and I will reupload them to resell. You will also permanently blacklisted.
- I do not do refunds on designs after they have been purchased.
- I will do holds, the length of which depends on various factorsHOLD DURATIONS
- A purchase over $50+: 2 weeks max
- A purchase over $100+: 1 month max
- A purchase of over $150+: 2 months max
- A purchase of over $250+: 3 months max

If a buyer backs out of a hold they will be temporarily blacklisted unless there is an emergency. Multiple emergencies in a row will result in a temporary blacklist.CUSTOMS
When you purchase any of my customs you automatically agree to these terms.- I have the right to refuse your custom commission for any reason
- I will work on the commission once I receive payment in full and your commission is on the “Doing” list on trello
- Customs will get more WIPs than other commissions
- I will not do customs that use a complete black or complete white, I will have to use an off white and a slightly lighter black. This is due to preference and if you dislike this do not commission a custom from me.
- I will not reference other people designs or characters for a custom unless the owner give me explicit permission to do so
- I can reference cartoon or show characters for a custom or possibly do species from a show or cartoonWORTH
As stated earlier in the text, do not sell my design for any more than they are worth. The following items do or do not add to the worth.- Adopts are worth the price you paid for them, whether it be an AB or bid
- Customs are worth the commissioned price
- Raffle characters or free designs are with $0 until art that counts towards their worth are addedART THAT COUNTS TOWARDS WORTH
- Commissioned artwork
- Personal artwork
- Art trades
- Physical items (suits, charms, etc)ART THAT DOES NOT COUNT TOWARDS WORTH
- Raffle prizes
- Artfight attacks or revenges
- Gifted artworkCOMMERCIAL USE FOR DESIGNS
This section applies to people who plan to use my design on merchandise or as a brand mascot.- If you plan on using my design to be a brand mascot please tell me before you do so and properly credit me for the design, this has no fee unless it’s a large business
- If a large business wants to use my design as a mascot it’ll be a $100 fee
- If you plan on using my design on merchandise please tell me before you do so and properly credit me for the design, this requires a commercial license
- Designs bought from me for $150+ automatically come with a commercial license, just complete the step above
- Designs bought from me for less than $150 must purchase a commercial license for $25
- If the design is transferred the commercial license must be rebought by the new owner
- I must be visibly credited as the original designer any place that products or merchandise with the design are available for purchase
- If I say do not use my design on a product, don’t
- Do not use my designs to promote any negativity, homophobia, racism, etc.
- Generally I don’t care how you use my design when it comes to brands and merchandise, just be nice about it, tell me before hand, and make sure you have a commercial license if you need oneBREAKING THE TOS
If you choose to break my tos, you will be publicly blacklist permanently and I will not do any business with you. You will also be banned from owning any of more my designs, or have any of my designs you currently own revoked if I decide to do so.
