Terms of Service
By commissioning me you are agreeing to my terms. If you break my terms and claim to have not read this part I will not work with you again in the future. Thank you.
General Terms
- I do not do commissions for people under 18 years old.
(You're welcome to ask for an art trade!)
- Do not rush me. I have a job outside of commissions which must come first, and can not work on drawings every day. You are more than welcome to ask for updates, but please be patient, I don't do unreasonable deadlines.
^ If you are expecting a commission in one day please do not work with me, as I can not guarantee anything. Please keep in mind that art is a luxury, not a need.
- I do not draw characters without a reference sheet, unless you're ordering a design from me.
- Do not use my artwork for NFTs (non-fungible tokens). This includes but is not limited to any kind of blockchain or cryptocurrency, and more can be added to this list at any moment without warning beforehand. You will be blocked, blacklisted, and publicly called out for your actions.
Payment and Refunds
- I take payment in USD through PayPal only.
- Payment for my art must be all upfront. I do allow payment plans, but only for people I trust!
- After you pay upfront should you decide to cancel the commission please know I do NOT do refunds after work on your commission has started. If I have not started, or become too busy to complete your piece, I am more than happy to give you a refund.
- I have the right to cancel and refund your commission at any time.
- If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted. You will be blocked and blacklisted.
Commission Process
- My commissions generally get completed within a week after being ordered, but please allow up to two weeks. Should I need more time I will discuss it with you.
- I will send WIPs when asked, and I get every stage of the commission approved before continuing! This is to guarantee satisfaction and reduce the amount of edits I have to do.
- I'm usually fine making edits for free if something did not come out right, but if your reference wasn't accurate or you didn't ask for a change beforehand (just approving everything without looking at it) I may charge a small fee for edits. Should I have to edit a large part of the commission this fee will become larger.
- Once your commission is finished I'll send the full file to you!
