TERMS OF SERVICE
by commissioning me you agree to the following terms
GENERAL RULES
please allow 3 weeks ~ 3 months for a commission to be completed.
this will be the usual time frame i get things done.my personal life & health issues often interfere with my ability to draw, so my art process may be slow!
please keep this in mind!payment will always be up front. commissions will not be started until i have recieved payment.i have the right to refuse any commissions.
COMMISSION PROGRESS
upon receiving payment, i will begin your commission.depending on commission type, a sketch will be sent for approval.
commissioners may request progress shots at any time.once the sketch has been approved, i will complete your commission. up to 2 edits may be requested upon the finished piece.afterwards i will charge for any additional or significantly bigger edits.
COMMISSION USE
once a commissioner has received the finished piece they may use it however they like for personal use only and are free to reupload my work with credit or a link to my social media.a commissioner may not claim my work as their own, edit or trace my work, or use it for illegal/hateful/commercial purposes. MY WORK MAY NOT BE USED IN ASSOCIATION WITH OR DISTRIBUTED AS NON-FUNGIBLE TOKENS.
REFUND POLICY
refunds will only be given if the commission has not been started or if i feel like i am not able to complete the commission.ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS AFTER THE COMMISSION HAS BEEN FINISHED.
