terms of service

COMMISSIONS- Always credit me for my art! Never claim my art or designs as yours, or you will be blacklisted and I will write beware posts about you to protect other artists!
- For shaded options, please specify either cell shading or smooth/airbrush shading!
- I may post my commissioned art online unless the commissioner specifically says not to!
- I will not draw anything I am personally uncomfortable with or that triggers me
- I am willing to draw sensitive topics (ex. gore, suggestive, etc), but if you're weird about it / sexualize me directly you will be blocked without a refund
- I have the right to turn down any commission I am not comfortable with
- Full refunds are not available unless I have not yet started the commission. Partial refunds are available for commission downgrades if it is already in progress. If the commission is completed, I cannot give you a refund
- At least half of the commission total must be paid to me directly before starting the commission. The last percentage will be paid when the art is done
- If you scam me, you will be added to my blacklist and I WILL make one or more beware posts about you to prevent other artists from also being scammedART
- Once any commission or owed art piece is completed, you may use the artwork as a profile picture or background, or anything for personal use (with credit where possible)! If you want to use it for monetary things, please contact me first!CHARACTER DESIGNS

- Do not pressure me to draw my own characters. I prioritize my own mental health over the amount of art my OCs have /LH. This is not directed at anyone specifically, as multiple people have brought this up; I commission artists when I can afford it, and I draw when I am mentally well enough to do so. Do not pressure me to use a character more or give a character away when I own them. I'm sorry if this is harsh, but my mental health comes first. Anyone who pressures me more than once (with given warning) will be blacklisted.
