Terms & service
By commissioning me it means you have read and agreed to these terms. Any serious offense results in a warning and if continued/ignored you will be blocked and blacklisted.
General
☆Please fill out the form if given. Use clear image references.
☆I reserve the right to cancel and refund your commission, regardless of whether I have drawn the sketch or not.
☆After I receive payment there will be no refunds unless I am personally unable to complete your commission.
☆I will not refund you after the art is completed.
☆I will not continue or complete your commission until I receive feedback from wips, etc.
☆You may occasionally ask for updates
☆turn-around time is 1-2 weeks, my customs take longer (3-4 weeks depending on my schedule) unless stated otherwise. If it takes me longer I will contact you with updates
☆My art is for personal use only. Make sure to credit back to me. Toyhou.se = Alfie
☆My art is not allowed for commercial use. (you may use my designs for such with credit, just not my art itself)
☆Do not trace, copy, or claim my art as your own.
☆Do not edit my art in any way (removing/adding/or changing any part of my art)
☆I reserve the right to decline any commission if I'm not comfortable with the idea or design.
Customs
☆Minor changes are allowed to my designs, as long as they stay recognizable to the original.
☆Anybody who is traded a design by me must also follow these rules.
☆If you own a design by me, do not try to place or enforce your own rules on them.
☆Do not sell my designs for a higher price than you originally paid for unless you have commissioned art.
☆I will not make any further changes to the design after I have finished it for you, so please make sure you are happy with the results during the wips.
☆Do not edit/change/add onto/or remove things from my own artwork whatsoever.
Payments/fees/pricing
☆I take payment upfront in full through PayPal invoice (USD)
☆Pricing can be negotiated for certain commission types like my experimental pieces and customs, but I will not negotiate anything else, nor will I lower the base price. So please don't try to haggle me.
☆Payment must be paid upfront and in full
☆I may also ask for extra fees for character complexity.
☆I am not responsible for any mess-ups with payment sending on your end.

A repeating wallpaper of your character with some of their favorite things! Only one character per canvas.

Customs
$40
These start at $40 and go up depending on the complexity of the design/colors/multiple outfits etc. You get wips during the entire process to make sure it is designed to your liking! I can go off of simple concept ideas or detailed descriptions and mood boards.
Closed species I can do customs for (only if you have a myo slot for them): mignyans, and dainties (you can ask about other cs not listed)
I can also do gijinkas! (esp pokemon ones)I can also offer redesigns and outfit customs!
Chibi Customs
$30
These are semi-based (made by me, with slight alterations for each sheet) chibi customs.
They come with two chibi's, with the option of front/back, alternate outfits, body reference, etc. A bust, and color palette. With the option to add text, and other small items.
I can also do cs myo (provided with slot proof) gijinka's, outfits, and character redesign.
