General• I have full right to accept or decline any type of commission.• I only work with clear references, I don't draw from descriptions, real life images, heavily watermarked images (watermark is not semi transparent or just too big in general) or heavily shaded references (this is fine if it has a color palette by itself).• Do not rush me, I do have a Job outside of socials. You can however kindly ask for progress, just don't do it everyday.• Once you have your finished piece you are free to post it where you like, however, DO NOT claim, trace OR add on to the artwork. ↳Artfight: Smil3hunPayment and Refunds• I accept payments via PayPal or Ko-Fi, my currency is CAD (Canadian Dollar). Full amount must be paid upfront before I begin.• You can only issue a refund if it's been a large amount of time (3+ months) and your commission has not moved past the sketching stage.What I do draw VS What I don't draw• I mainly draw canines as thats my most practiced form. But feel free to ask me of anything else.• I can draw skulls/bones, light gore, jewelry/masks, etc. I do draw a bit of anime styled humans/humaniods but I'm only confident enough to do a bust up, no fullbody humans please.• I refuse to do NSFW, anthros, heavy machinery or armor, heavy gore, customs, insects, frogs or any kind of hate art.• Again, do ask me if you're unsure there's no harm in it!

Adoptable T.O.S

General• All my adopts come with a Toyhouse profile. I do prefer you or the person you end up giving this character to has a toyhouse account.• You are allowed to redesign the adopt, just don't go so overboard I can't recognize it from the original. I'd love to see what is created though! Don't remove my credit however as I'm still the original designer.Resells/Trades• Its highly prefered that you own a character for 2 months ATLEAST before considering to get rid of them rather it be selling, trade, art, etc. I highly discourage impulse buying and regretting it later.• You can resell, trade, etc BUT for no more then what you got it for unless there is extra artwork involved.• If the adopt was gotten for FREE you cannot resell but you CAN regift, trade or raffle it away.Payment/Holds• Currency payments must be done within 48 hours either through Paypal or Ko-Fi, If you are having troubles let me know.• All art payments must be done within a month. If you cannot complete it within that time I can give an extension. If I do not hear from you within a month, with no extension, the adopt goes back up.• I will do holds of a character for a MAX of 2 weeks, afterwards they will go back up.
