Terms of Service

Commisions

These are my general rules for ordering from me. By buying, you have agreed to have read them.

Use:

1. I retain the right to use my art for marketing or portfolios. If you would like your commission to remain private, we can discuss payment for doing so.2. Any art from me that you own is allowed personal use (personal merch, page dolls, profile pics.) The distribution of my art for commercial use is not allowed.

Payment:

1. Payment must be upfront. I will not do holds for commissions or customs as i work when i have motivation.

Process:

1. There is a max wait of 2 months for any commission incase of real life or personal emergencies. If you would like to discuss a rush fee, let me know when placing the commission order.2. I will send an update when the sketch is finished along with other stop points if i feel they’re needed. After the sketch is approved, i will not make changes to lineart. Extreme changes will require a fee

2.2 For closed species specific commissions/customs: Any trait that you did not make me aware of, and was not added due to that, will require a fee to add on. If i forgot the trait, it will be a free fix!!

3. I reserve the right to refuse a commission no questions asked. I will say no to anything promoting hate speech, or harmful activity (basic dni criteria.)

Terms of Service

designs/ adopts

Use:

1. I retain the right to use my art for marketing or portfolios.2. Any art from me that you own is allowed personal use (personal merch, page dolls, profile pics.) The distribution of my art for commercial use is not allowed.3. My designs are for non commercial use by default. You are free to message me to discuss commercial usage.

Payment:

1. Holds are allowed if i am made aware when the bid is placed. Max hold is 5 days for all adopts, and 2 weeks for any bids over $100.2. I take payments through paypal.

Trading/selling:

1. You may sell an oc you own, designed by me, for its buying value if your received it from a trade or resell. If the character was gifted, it may not be resold without added art.2. Adding art (must be at least a colored sketch) can add value to my designs.3. Please refrain from raffling my designs. It makes me uncomfortable. You are more than free to gift my designs though.

Redesigns:

1. the new design must resemble the old one.2. keep the old design with the toyhouse.3. Do not claim to be a designer.4 Do not draw or edit my art without permission from me.5. You may void a design if its apart of a species! Just make me aware first and keep the species design in the toyhouse. I will never say no to this so just ask.6. Avoid making POC designs whitewashed. Thats super weird

Other

1. Do not delete the toyhouse profile of any of my designs.2. You may not apply yours, or anyone else's TOS over mine.3. Do not split any designs. If something comes on the original ref sheet, it must stay with that design and toyhouse.
