⋆ I have the right to decline a commission or request for any reason.⋆ I do not tolerate any of my work to be used for AI training/art generating.(☆) Designs and artwork from me can only be used for personal use unless discussed with me prior.⋆ Personal use applies to things such as;
◦ Profile photos
◦ Banners
◦ Character profiles(☆) You may not delete the art from Toyhouse (if applicable). Let me know if you deleted it by mistake.(★) No commercial use.
This includes: twitch, vtuber activities, print, etc (Unless agreed on beforehand)(★) Commissioner can only post the commission on social media with added credit.(★) Refrain from stealing, tracing, and other such activities.(★) Do not claim my work as your own.(★) Artwork cannot be individually resold, and if it is connected to a character, it can only be added to that character’s worth for the commissioned price.Adopts:⋆ If you decide to buy an adopt, you have full ownership of the adopt after payment unless stated otherwise.(☆) If you hide the character (on Toyhouse), authorize me (if applicable).(☆) Do NOT sell a character you have received through trade/for free without adding extra art or something to it.(☆) Designs cannot be resold for more than the original price unless you have the following;
◦ Added Commissioned Artwork
◦ Artwork made by yourself.(☆) Any artwork that was received from; Raffles, Giveaways, gifts, or simply for free, Does not give any worth. (aka the Artworks price is basically set at 0).(☆) Do not buy the design and then immediately sell it. It is incredibly rude.(☆) No TOS should be applied to my designs except for my TOS.(★) You may not delete the character/character profile from toyhouse (if applicable). Let me know if you deleted it by mistake.

★What is Greylisting / Blacklisting?★Greylist:
⋆ A list of people, who do not merit a place on a blacklist but who are still marked out for poor treatment or other reasons.⋆ These people may keep my designs if they already own them.⋆ Until they are removed from the list, they are not permitted to obtain any of my designs or artwork that they do not already possess.⋆ I would not like them to interact with me and my account until further notice.Blacklist:
⋆ Individuals will be refused certain services and activities. Typically the result of a person's undesirable actions.⋆ Unless stated otherwise, these people may keep my designs if they already own them.⋆ They are not permitted to obtain any of my designs or artwork that they do not already possess.⋆ I would not like them to interact with me and my account at all.⋆ I do not want to be associated with them.
