i may use commission pieces for portfolio purposes, but i will not post them on social media without permission

i take full payment upfront via paypal invoice! i also accept cashapp if paypal doesn't work for you :-)

i always send progress updates as i go along! feel free to suggest changes

once the piece is fully completed i won't be able to send out refunds! this is a non-negotiable point, sorry! if something comes up while the piece is a wip, though, we can work something out if necessary and requested! :]

repost your commissioned art to your own social media! (as long as you link back to me)

use my fanart or your commissioned art as profile pictures/banners anywhere! just credit me by my username (softiehearted)

dm me anywhere asking when commissions will be open! i'll keep you in mind and you'll be the first to know when they're available :]

ask for commission progress updates whenever! i don't mind at all, and i'm happy to keep you up to date on the process <3

repost any art that wasn't made specifically for you (fanart, commissions for other people, original art, etc) even if you credit me. just a personal boundary

use my art for NFT purposes or anything related to the concept, even if you commissioned it. i don't support NFTs and i never will.

use my art or designs for commercial purposes! this may become an available option in the future, but for now i'm unable to make this happen
