- i retain the right to deny someone service, for whatever reason I see fit.
- my work will not be used for ai models, training, or feeding.
- my work will not be used to make or be associated with nfts [non-fungible tokens].
- my work will not be used for hatespeech nor any other bigoted uses.
- my work is not made for commercial use, and may only be done so after discussing it with me. be warned that there will be a commercial fee, if we come to agreeable terms.
- you are allowed to make things like stickers and pins and keychains and other trinkets like discord emojis for personal enjoyment or for your friend's personal enjoyment. you are not allowed to sell any of these, unless you are reselling the whole character itself.
- adoptables and customs you recieve from me may be edited or redesigned to a minor degree, but not completely. i would like to be able to recognize what they become.
- that being said, you are not allowed to remove a character's fatness, lighten their skin tone, or remove any birthmarks or disabilities.
- you are allowed to resell and/or trade the adopts and customs you get from me, but only for the price you paid for, plus the price of any extra art or literature that you got for the character.
- you are not allowed to steal, heavily reference, or make parodies of any of my work.

derogatory/political content
realistic/photorealistic

mecha
hardcore gore
certain fetishes (again, just ask, it's okay)
complex backgrounds or scenes (I have an irl job too, so its too much for now)
payment is after the sketch stage.
do not commission me if you are unsure of your financial stability or the price.
you can get a half refund in the concept/sketching stage.
there will be no refunds after i've started coloring your piece.
holds can be done for one (1) week, but i can do longer for friends and family.
