・❥・I am allowed to cancel a commission.・❥・When posting my artwork you must credit my Discord user.・❥・I may post the artwork after it is finished. If you wish for it to remain unposted clarify beforehand.・❥・Do not rush me. Asking for updates is allowed, but please be patient. Commissions may take a couple of days. If there will be a delay I will inform you.・❥・Reduce the amount of unnecessary edits.・❥・Provide a clear reference. If a reference isn't available, provide a palette. If no clear reference is provided, there will be an extra fee.・❥・Payment will be sent before I begin・❥・No stealing or tracing. Do not claim the artwork is yours. Provide credit.・❥・The final product is strictly for your personal use only・❥・You must credit and link back to my discordYou may use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:
✩ Print the work for personal use.
✩ Crop and/or resize the image for use as an avatar, header, video thumbnail, etc.
✩ Post the artwork on social media, with credit to me clearly visible.

You may NOT use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:
✩ Claim the artwork as yours.
✩ Remove my watermark/signature.
✩ Paint over or otherwise alter the artwork in ways not covered under the allowed uses above.
✩ Color in my sketches or line-art.
✩ Use the commissioned piece in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.
✩ Reproduce the work commercially.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
✩ Once the first wip picture is sent, no refunds are permitted
✩ I reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.

Process & Work schedule
✩ I will send over a sketch for approval before continuing the commission.
✩ I will show WIPs via email or discord throughout the commission process.
✩ Sketch and subsequent in-progress shots will initially be sent as watermarked images.
✩ Deadlines must be agreed upon prior to the start of the commission.
✩ I will always do my best to complete your commission within a timely manner, but please understand that sometimes life may get in the way and cause a delay in completing your commission. I will notify you as soon as possible of any issues that come up to keep you informed

✩ I take payments before I start
✩ PayPal or Cashapp will be given to you after I review your order
✩ Reference: I can work off descriptions and random images put together, but this will cost extra depending on how much I have to put together myself!
