Info for Commissioners

✦ I have the right to reject your commission
I don't do waiting/ping lists (I tend to forget & it’s a bit of a hassle)
✦ Please have proper info sent to me, for example you wanted a full body colored art but you've only sent a black and white headshot reference and no additional info, I will reject the commission
✦ Physical artwork is not allowed for resell if you are not shipping the physical item to the new owner.
✦ How long it takes depends on my schedule/situation and how much stuff I have to do. If you have a certain deadline you want it to be done, please do discuss it with me at the moment of ordering.
✦ I tend to redo artworks which leads to longer waiting
✦ Don't worry if you see me posting other artworks, I haven't forgotten about your commission! (I tend to do other artworks to relax/destress) If you're concerned feel free to ask me for an update!
unless it's not on the To-Do-List then PLEASE do notify me of this concern! I might have forgotten to add to it thus forgetting to do it!

【Refund Policy】

✦ If you happen to cancel your commission, refunds will vary by percentage of the commission price based on what stage I’m on with your commissions unless otherwise agreed upon.
Lining stage = 60% refund
Base coloring stage = 40% refund
Color shading stage = 25% refund
Finishing touches stage = no refund (basically at this stage it’s already completed)✦ If I happen to cancel your commission,it may be due to issues happening to me or someone else, or there is too much on my plate and I cannot do it
(I will refund based on progress if you already paid)✦ If I don't have enough to refund you atm,please know I'll have to sell some quick adopts/ commissions to get enough to refund you✦ Lack of communication (reasonably) excludes you from receiving a refund (ex. Ghosting, haven’t heard from you for months)

【Communications/WIPs】

✦ Please do stay active or provide other types of communication, so I can keep in touch or let me know if you're going to be gone for a while or deactivate, so when I have questions or for wips about it.
✦ Deactivation without providing other means of contact or notice will possibly have you blacklisted.
✦ If I'm not informed about a break or haven't been replied back for a certain long period I will just not continue until further notice. If it takes way too long & haven't heard from you, I will remove it from my to-do list and will discarded as it's a hindrance to me (I will not hold on to it as you can't hold your part)
✦ I will try to make contact other ways if I can find your other socials/communications before removing it off my list. However I will not hog you down for it as that it’s your responsibility if you want to continue the commission.
✦ Sometimes when taking a photo for a traditional commissions, the photo might not appear good cause of the lighting in my room, and that scanning and editing the photo takes a while
✦ You can also request for WIPs initially when commissioning me (I'll send you a sketch WIP before starting the lining process) If not requested initially, I won't send any WIPS unless requested later or for checking/question purposes on my end.
✦ If you want to change/add/subtract things from your commission, PLEASE do note me as soon as possible before I get too far into it or if I haven't started yet!
✦ If there’s been changes to the ownership of commissioned subject/character please let me know ahead of time or ASAP If commission already is mostly/completed, no refunds or compensation will be given to you for that character you originally commissioned with, I’ll send the commission to the current owner if they want it. If the commission already has some progress still in sketching stage, we can discuss terms or I will decide what to do then discuss with you.

Info for Adopt buyers/Owners

✦ Please pay right after I confirm, others are able to claim it after 2 days
✦ I do holds up to 3 days (max)
✦ By purchasing or owning an adopt by me you automatically agree with the following terms
✦ Separate images are given unless I somehow lose it

【Recolor/Editing】

✦ You may have MINOR design changes,colors,etc...**but you cannot resell/trade/gift with your edits ALONE **unless it would be extras for the adopt with its original design
✦ Even with your edits please still credit me for the original design!!!
✦ Alternate wardrobe/outfits/colors are fine.
✦ If you have any questions about edits/recolor just send me a message!
✦ Making a twin/heavily inspired/alternate design from the original adopt is NOT allowed! Do not claim design solely as your own. Please do inquire about this if you're concerned about it.

【Reselling/Trading】

✦ When reselling/trading/gifting please do include alternate forms/outfits or the like with the original design
✦ If you want to keep the outfit make sure it does not have the character in it, if it does , do state the character does no longer belong to you and for future owners of that outfit to not use the character the outfit is on, it is not allowed and disrespectful to the current owner of that character.
✦ If you do not want to give away the original adopt’s alt form then the alt form is not allowed to be kept or used by you as it's based on the original adopt it was intended for. It’s best to redesign the alternate form so that it doesn't look identifiable to the original. If concerned please do ask me.
✦ No refunds, but you are free to give the adopt back for resell
✦ You may resell,** but only the price you paid for it (extra commissioned art of it that you paid for are acceptable to raise the price as long as you give the artworks with it when reselling)
✦ If you got the adoptable from a OTA do not resell unless you offered points/money
✦ Only resell/trade/gift the same way how you got it from that previous owner!!!
✦ If you've gotten an adoptable FREE from directly me or from someone who got it from me you can only gift/trade it , ONLY EXCEPTION is regarding you've spent commissions on it (ONLY sell it for the amount you've spent, along with giving the commissioned pieces)**

【Ownership changes】

✤ Please if you resell/trade/gift 1 of my adopts/design , tell me the new owner or have them tell me!!!
✤ You, the giver or recipient, can either comment on the original post of the design or PM/DM me and mentioned the type of transaction (i.e. Trade/resell/Gift or a mix) and state who the new/old owner to who it belonged to.
✤ If co-owning just please tell me who is co-owning with you, so there’s no mix up or confusion of theft.
