PAYMENT- I accept payments via PayPal or Artistree.
- Upfront payment is required.
- Over $80 payment can be split 50% upfront & 50% upon completion.
(this is to protect the artist)
- 75% extra for each additional character
- 20-50% extra for detailed backgrounds
- Heavy detail on the subject may accrue additional fees, however we can discuss this at the time

- Absolutely no refunds for commissions will be given unless the commission has not yet been started. details described after initial payment may be subject to changes in commission price.
- If for any reason i am unable to finish a commission, i will offer the extent of the work i have completed for the price that it would have cost, with a refund for the remainder of the cost of the work not completed.
- I, the artist, have the right to use your commission for further advertising i.e posting on social media, unless stated otherwise by the client.EDITINGAmount of editing ;
- The client will provide either refrence for the character or a brief description of the character's physical appearance (eye color, hair color, scars, tattoos, unique attributes, ect). The client will also specify any clothing, props, pets, etc. That should be included.
- The commission's payment will then be tallied and presented to the client.
- Sketch phase: i will discuss the character's basic design and provide a sample of rough sketches to have a conversation with the client about potential posing and design. Each commission includes three major design changes in the sketch phase for free, and any additional major design changes will accrue a reasonable fee. Major design changes following this stage are not allowed without an extra fee:
-Changes during line art phase - $5 - 15 per significant edit
- Changes during basic coloring phase - $5 - $10 per significant edit
- Changes during final phase - $10 - $20 per significant editEXTRASany other terms ;
- I, the artist, have the right to decline or cancel a commission for any reason, and am not required to document or state that reason.
- Inappropriate and discriminatory behaviour will not be tolerated, and your commission will be cancelled if that occurs. Payment given will not be refunded.
- I will keep you update throughout the process either through direct messaging or through my trello commission board!
