Eden, known online as "Starryspells", is a current Entertainment Art and Illustration student, with an emphasis on character design. They are inspired by storytelling of the past, working to create art with an emphasis on personal identity and queer love.

Commissions
As time permits, commissions open for a certain amount of slots and commission types. The available options will be announced and on a request form for the client to choose from. The most common way of announcement will be via Twitter (@Starryspells), but feel free to contact them to be added to a wait or ping list!Please note that prior to commissioning the artist, the client must acknowledge that they have read and agreed to the artist's terms and services. These will be listed under TOS and within the request form. By commissioning the artist, the client agrees that should the artist's terms update, they agree to adhere to the changes unless otherwise discussed.More examples under portfolio!

Terms of Service
By commissioning the artist, you have agreed to the terms below. Failure to adhere may result in a cancellation with partial to no refund (depending on amount of time/work spent on the piece) to potential blacklisting.In the case of these terms being violated, the artist has the right to transform commissioned artwork into new work (commission or personal). Chargebacks occurring with adopts or custom designs may warrant the artist to resell or reauction the design. Attempts to commission or purchase work of the artist for an individual blacklisted, without consent of the artist, may lead to involved parties being blacklisted.

PERMISSIONS✦ All commissions are for personal use (Icons, Banners, PNGTubers, Personal Merch, Gifts, Etc. are okay as long as they are noncommercial nor used as brand assets!)✦ Any designs from the artist are able to be resold, traded, or gifted unless otherwise stated. The value of them is base cost + commissioned artwork (Personal art must be approved with proof of commission prices at time of making). If traded or gifted, the value is then reset to $0.✦ They can NOT be used for any monetary purposes (such as streaming with monetary gain) unless discussed and commercial rights purchased!✦ They can NOT be used for NFTs or AI (Selling, Producing, Trading With Adopt For, Anything). This will not change.✦ Do not edit the artwork of a commission (Colour, Shading, Etc.) Changing the colour of the background to another solid colour is fine, though!✦ Finished commission can be posted anywhere (except NSFW-focused sites) as long as full credit is clearly given or the watermark is not obscured.✦ The artist holds the right to upload the artwork or use as examples of their work unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon.
TIMEFRAME✦ The artist aims for standard commissions to be completed between 2 weeks and 2 months from payment date.✦ If there is any issue, the client will be informed and the timeframe will be discussed.✦ If there is a deadline, the artist will try to work to meet it. If the deadline needed is within a short time frame, a rush fee may be required.
PAYMENT ✦ PROCESS ✦ REVISIONS✦ Payment is accepted through paypal and kofi. A paypal invoice will be sent to the provided email once commission details are agreed upon.✦ Full payment is required before work begins. Larger projects may be eligible for a payment plan, but full payment must still be completed before work begins.✦ Refunds are not available once the sketch has been started.✦ Sketches will be sent with a heavier watermark, these can not be requested to be removed.✦ The client will receive updates on the piece in stages. They will receive a sketch, lineart, flat colour, and rendered piece. The artist will wait on approval before proceeding to the next stage.✦ The client may ask for revisions to the piece per update, but only for the work done in that particular stage. Excessive changes are limited, please try to keep to 3-5 per stage, max.✦ Any issues overlooked or forgotten after being notified will be corrected regardless of stage, except after the finished piece is approved.✦ Any large changes to pose will be denied after sketch approval.
