Illustration Terms of Service

All payments are made through Paypal invoicing and my prices are in USD

You have 24 hours to pay the full amount of the price for an adopt/design you are claiming. Failure to pay within 24 hours forfeits your claim and the design goes back up for sale.

You have 24-48 hours to pay for a commission. I will not begin work unless 100% of the owed amount is paid.

If purchasing an adopt, you will not receive the full file(s) until the full amount is paid.

When you have purchased a character design from me, they belong to you. You may use them for whatever you wish, such as for RP purposes, personal merch, fursuits, etc.

There is no set gender, history or personality, and you do not have to use my canons/descriptions for an adopt.

You may change parts of the design however you like when drawing the character yourself

You may use the art to create icons or banners, like cropping them or adding to a background.

You do not have to check with me about minor edits but feel free to note me if unsure.

Please credit me as the designer somewhere at least once, or include a link to my Twitter

You may resell for less than or equal amount you purchased. You may resell for a higher price only if additional art/commissioned art was made of the design

I will ALWAYS create a Toyhou.se for each adopt I sell first. IF you have a Toyhou.se account they will be transferred to you upon receiving payment. DO NOT DELETE THAT TOYHOU.SE PAGE OR REMOVE ANY EVIDENCE OF CREDIT BACK TO ME. YOU WILL BE BANNED FROM PURCHASING FUTURE ADOPTS.

Commission slots are not first come first serve. I only take on commissions I am comfortable drawing.

You have the personal right to the piece you purchase. You may use it however you like as long as it is not used for monetary gain and commercial use**

I still have the right as the original creator of the artwork to post the pieces I make.

You may post the work to your own account/social media as long as credit is given.

**Unless discussed with me first, I may allow commercial use depending on what it is and for an additional fee. Please refer to the commercial use section below

No commercial work unless we specifically discuss this. Everything would generally be just for personal use, please.

I may allow commercial use i.e. merch for an additional fee if I am comfortable with that.

If commercial use is given, I must be credited somewhere as the original designer/artist with a link back to my Twitter.

If given permission to use my work for commercial use, I DO NOT allow my art being used for NFTs (Non-fungible Tokens)

Do NOT claim the art or design as your own

Ask for a refund

Withdraw your bids, or hide if you are withdrawing them. Just say you need to withdraw upfront so I can repost or give the adopt to other interested buyers. Not doing so will result in a ban.

Do not say you want to buy/claim an adopt/design and then disappear or ignore me. I will automatically ban you from future purchases.

Resell for higher than you paid unless the character comes with art you purchased/commissioned

Re-post my artwork without permission/credit

DO NOT DELETE MY CREDIT OR TOYHOUSE OF PURCHASED ADOPTS. If for whatever reason you need to delete and recreate the character you MUST credit me back as a designer.

Under no circumstance will my work be used in any way for non-fungible tokens. No part of commissioned work/my artwork may be used for the advertisements and/or profits associated with NFTs
