You may not use any artwork created by me in any Block Chain related technology, nor any AI Art training program. If I find you doing either of these, you will be permanently black listed.I am available to discuss commissions every day of the week, but I only work on them Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.All works should be completed within a month depending on my motivation and general health, please be patient with me. I will try my best to keep you updated on the progress of your commission.I normally don't send wips after the finalized sketch, but you can request for frequent updates if you wish.All commissions under $100 must be payed upfront, I will not negotiate payment plans unless you're paying over $100.If you want to use any of my artwork in a commercial product, you must discuss it with me first, as I will require payment of some kind; for commissions this will usually be lumped in with the normal comm price, but for any requests or art trades you need to pay a small fee to use it for profit.

You must own my design for at least a week before reselling/retrading them.You are not allowed to use any design you receive from me in any block-chain technology; including NFTs, cryptocurrencies, and any future inventions in that space. This also includes AI Art training, do Not use my art in it.If you want to use a design you got from me in a commercial product, you Must have payed for it; Designs bought from me are fine, but if you want to use a character you traded for or a freebie, you must pay me at least $10.You may not resell my designs for more than their original worth unless more worth is added (commissioned art, personal art, etc.) Unless you're in financial trouble, and desperately need to sell them.Redesigning a character you received is fine, change it however much you want!I will hold a character for two weeks, but after that they will be put back up for sale. You may ask for an extension if you need.Do not create new species out of my designs.
