- By purchasing art services / designs from sugaryu you have agreed to abide to these conditions, these terms will be automatically applied to any other work belonging to sugaryu.
- Any violation made will land you into the blacklist, where you are unable to purchase any art service / design from me.
- These terms are subjected to future altercations.

Commission

GENERAL
- You cannot trace nor copy any of my artwork.
- Commission are closed unless I stated otherwise, so do please check my commission status before asking!ARTIST
- I have the rights to all copyrights of my artworks. I can advertise and display any artwork of mine unless commissioner requested privacy.
- I have the right to decline any commission request.COMMISSIONER
- Commissioner has the right to re-upload their commission wherever as long as they credit me.
- Commissioner cannot claim their commissioned artwork as their own.
- Commissioner cannot edit their commissioned artwork unless permission was given.
- Commissioner cannot use their commissioned artwork for commercial purposes unless we discussed otherwise.
- YouTube/Twitch and Merchandise: A contract with be drafted depending on the circumstances we discussed.
- NFTs: Do not use my work to promote and/or earn any type of currency.
- AI: I do not permit using my work for any AI purposes.
- Personal Accessories: It is permitted as long as the items are not used to sell commercially.PAYMENT
- I only accept USD via PayPal as payment.
- The first half of the payment must be paid through an invoice in order for me to start the commission.
- Once I received the first half, the sketch of the commission will be sent over for edits and approval.
- If the sketch is approved, the second payment must be paid through the same invoice in order for me to finish the commission.
- Request for refund is available during the sketch stage of the commission, after it is approved the option is off the table.PROCESS
- A public list is available for commissioners to keep track of the queue, which is regularly updated.
- I will send sketches of said commission via listed social media. Large edits are allowed during this stage.
- After the sketch has been confirmed for finalizing, only small edits can be made during this stage.
- Commission takes at most 5 weeks to complete, I will notify you of any delay.
- Once the commission is done, full resolution PNG files will be sent.

Design

GENERAL
- You cannot trace nor copy any of my designs.
- You can only trade or sell the design if you are the owner of said design.ARTIST
- I have the right to all copyrights of my designs' artwork. I can advertise and display any artwork of mine unless the adopter requested privacy.
- I have the right to decline trading or selling designs to any users.DESIGN OWNER
- Owner has the right to re-upload their design wherever as long as they credit me.
- Owner can draw or order commissions of the design.
- Owner can use the design on closed species or create different versions of it as long as they will all be traded or sold together.
- Owner can make whatever edits on the design.
- Owner cannot claim their design as their own.
- Owner cannot use the design for commercial purposes unless we discussed otherwise.
- YouTube/Twitch and Merchandise: A contract with be drafted depending on the circumstances we discuss.
- NFTs: Do not use my work to promote and/or earn any type of currency.
- AI: I do not permit using my work for any AI purposes.
- Personal Accessories: It is permitted as long as the items are not used to sell commercially. The items must be traded/gifted/resold to the new owner when transferring the design's ownership.PAYMENT
- I only accept USD via PayPal as payment.
- Full payment must be paid through an invoice in order for me to give you the files.
- A payment plan may be available under certain conditions and it must be previously discussed with me before buying.
- Request for refund is not available after I sent the files over.PAYMENT PLAN
- I will only accept a payment plan if the design is over $300.
- The maximum time for a payment plan is 1 month. (exceptions would only be available for designs exceeding 1k)
- The payment plan will include a 50% down payment, and the rest can be paid periodically depending on the discussed agreement.
- You will receive two notices/reminders, one per 3 days, when the payment plan is past due.
- Once you've passed those two notices, the payment plan will no longer be valid and I will refund the payment back.TRADING / SELLING
- The design can be gifted.
- The design can be traded for other design/s, physical items, art services, etc.
- The design can be sold or vouched at a higher value.
