TERMS OF SERVICE

By purchasing from me or commissioning me you agree to the following conditions:!!! YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO USE MY ARTWORK FOR AI PURPOSES (MIDJOURNEY, OTHER MACHINE LEARNING) OR NFT PROJECTS !!!Do not interact with me if you are racist, transphobic/homophobic, proship/anti-anti, radical exclusionist, supportive of feral NSFW and lolicon, etc. Please respect my boundaries!Current turn around time: Up to 3 months
* There is a public queue that updates as I work/weekly in my Discord server.

- GENERAL -

✦ I will not sell to anyone under the age of 18. You must be 18+ to use the payment methods I take.✦ ALL SALES ARE FINAL! I do not offer refunds once the initial sketch has been approved & payment has been processed.✦ You are allowed to post my artwork/adopt on your social media so long as I recieve full, easily visible credit for the original artwork/design, and if applicable (ex: on Toyhouse), I am listed as creator of the design.✦ Do not trace, recolor, or claim my artwork as your own. Do not heavily reference my artwork/designs.✦ Do not remove my watermark from any of my artwork for any reason! You may place your own watermark over the art to prevent theft so long as my watermark is still clearly visible + legible.✦ You are allowed to remove the background from the artwork, change/add new backgrounds, add the adopt/design onto a character sheet or chart, etc. so long as the character art itself is not edited and my watermark remains visible and legible.

- COMMISSIONS and YCHs -

✦ I reserve the right to refuse or cancel and refund a commission under any circumstance.✦ At any time the client may request an update on the status of the commission.✦ I refuse to draw copyrighted characters (ex. Disney, Marvel characters) due to potential copyright violations.✦ The client agrees that the commission is not to be used for any commercial, promotional or profit generating purpose. [This does not apply to reselling of the design.] Please let me know if you are looking for commercial use of my artwork on t-shirts, pins, stickers, keychains, promotional material, etc.
If you are found using my artwork for profit generating purposes without the purchase of a commercial license I will file a DMCA takedown and you will be blacklisted from future commissions.✦ The artwork may not be edited in such a way that my watermark is obscured or removed.✦ The client MUST provide reference artwork and/or photos. I will not work off of extensive description! [This does not apply to custom designs.]✦ The client may request minor changes* at any point in the commission. Major changes, such as changes made to the pose or base design, are prohibited once the initial sketch has been approved.
*I will allow a maximum of 5 minor changes for free. Any additional changes will incur an additional $2 fee per change!
"Minor changes" may include small adjustments to: anatomy, lighting, color, expression. Corrections are on a per-case basis and it is my discretion to decide if what you want corrected is a major or minor change!✦ I reserve the right to display the artwork however I wish. This includes using it as examples of future commissions, posting it in community artist discord servers or posting it to portfolio websites. If you do not want your commission to be displayed anywhere please notify me!✦ Commissions may take anywhere between a few days to 3 months to complete, depending on my schedule and various other outside factors! Please keep this in mind while commissioning me.✦ For my own personal sanity I will indulge in personal artwork in between commissions from time to time! This does not mean I have forgotten about your commission.

- ADOPTABLES -

✦ Do not resell the adopt for a higher price than you originally purchased it for unless additional artwork has been added.✦ You may make whatever design changes you want as long as you do not edit the original artwork to do so, or claim credit for the original design.

- CUSTOM DESIGNS -

✦ You must send me reference photos and/or a description consisting of:
- Type of character (furry, feral, human/oid)
- Color scheme/palette
- General personality✦ There is an additional +$30 charge per extra portrait and a $50 charge per extra pose.
There is no additional charge for mouth or pawprint illustrations.✦ You will recieve ONE reference sheet with one side-view fullbody & average tone hues. You will additionally recieve a transparent .png of the fullbody without average tone hues/extra illustrations.
Additional portrait or pose illustrations will have their own separate transparent .png as well.

REGARDING PAYMENT

✦ Payment is to be made in full on Kofi or Stripe only. All prices are in $ USD.
✦ All purchases are digital goods and do not require shipping & handling.
✦ When payment is received, you will receive the full version/.png(s) of the piece. I do not send out the original .psd or .clip files.

PRICES & EXAMPLES

I will let you know if the design you would like me to draw is either too complex for me to complete or complex enough for me to add the fee.Examples of things that would potentially incur a complexity fee:
- Tattoos that cover more than half of a character's body (especially if they are very detailed, or I cannot simplify them somehow)
- Intricate horns/antlers that cannot be referenced from real-life animals
- An excess of jewelry, embellishments or patterns on clothing
- Detailed armor, engraving on armor or jewelry
- Instruments, guns

SKETCHES:These are quick, generally detailed drawings. I call them "sketches" but they are actually cleaned lineart. They are unshaded.Portait: $20

PAINTERLY:Hand-painted drawings with full texture, highlights and rendering.Portait: $65

CUSTOM DESIGNS:I create a design for you based on description and any visual reference you can give me. This is a full reference sheet for your character.Includes illustrations of:
- One outfit (front and back)
- Eye color(s)
- Color scale/chart (average tone hues)
- Any additional features (mouth, hands/paws, weaponry etc) if applicable or desiredBase price: $200
