General

Should a commission not be completed within 4 weeks (1 month), the client will no longer be required to pay however, if you’d still like to a 50% cut is always appreciated. Should anything prevent me from completing the commission within the timeframe updates will be provided.An update photo will be sent to you after the base sketch is finished, any more after that will be upon request. For simple and easy updates on your order a Trello Card will be provided to you once payment is received. When it comes to changes in the order, please note that after the coloring process has started no changes will be accepted. Should that happen a refund of 20% will be made, due to time spent on the order.Before I can start your order you must pay 50% upfront in USD via PayPal or CashApp. If needed, payment plans can always be discussed. before any payment is sent.I reserve the right to reject any commission upon my discretion. Please note that I will only be taking 3 at a time, if all slots are filled contact me to schedule you in (payment will not be taken until I am ready to actually start). If contact is not established for up to 3 months after a commission has started, the order will be presumed null and void and any payment provided will be refunded according to the terms listed unless otherwise discussed.Full refunds may be provided at any time before the coloring process has began. After which, only 75% will be returned in compensation for the time spent on the piece. This does not apply to smaller pieces (e.g. Icons, Emojis) or incomplete pieces (e.g. Sketches)A full refund will be provided should I decided to no longer continue the commission, regardless the state of completion.I reserve the right to use your commission as an example of my work. My work is not to be used for commercial purposes unless otherwise discussed.These terms are subject to change at any time with or without notice.

Designs

All designs must be properly credited to me using any of my socials on the strip below. I must be credited for the original design on all future references using the tag “@sweetvalentinesgallery” or just simply “Sweet Valentines”.Premade/Custom Designs: Designs may be resold, traded, and gifted without notice or permission. Designs may not be sold alone for more than the price paid upon purchase. Upon collection of additional artwork, then it may be sold for the value accumulated.
