All payment for Commissions and Adoptables must be given upfront. I will only transfer a design to you or begin to work on your request if full payment has been given.
I reserve the right to not draw any character or content that may make me uncomfortable or is harmful to me and/or other people. This includes racism/xenophobia, lgbtq+phobia, ableism, pedophilia, incest, or other harmful ideas. Similarly, I have the right to refuse to do business with anyone who supports such things, or who may generally make me uncomfortable.
Please ask if it'd be alright before requesting that I draw any canon fandom character or fan oc. There are quite a few fandoms that I do not like because of personal reasons or general discomfort.
Do not repost any commissioned art that you recieve from me on social media! If you'd like it to be posted on a social media that I have, let me know and I'll arrange for it to be posted! However, if proper credit is given, feel free to use the art for personal use (ex. toyhouse pages, printing as stickers WITHOUT PAID DISTRIBUTION, etc.)
You are absolutely NOT permitted to resell my work by any means. Commercial use is strictly prohibited without my permission. My art is not free for public use, especially for the purpose of cryptocurrency or NFTs. (If you support or participate in NFTs/crypto, please do not do business with me.)
You are absolutely NOT permitted to claim my work as your own. This includes not properly crediting me, openly claiming that you made it, tracing it, etc.
My workflow is not set in stone. It may take me a while to get to and complete your order, as I have other priorities to attend to a lot of the time. Please be patient!
You are not permitted to resell adoptables that you bought from me for a higher price than it was bought without there being additional value added to the design through commissioned art.
As long as the design is still recognizable, feel free to redesign adoptables you recieve from me.
You are not permitted to change any adoptables that you recieve from me into a closed species or member of a pre-existing open or closed species, unless it is a species that I am already involved in.
I reserve the right to refuse to give any of my adoptable designs to anyone who I feel would not be a decent home for them.
You are not permitted to personally use any designs I make that were not explicitly given to you.
Repeated violation of any rules stated here (or even single violation depending on the severity of the rule broken) may result in being discouraged from recieving any designs of mine, being blacklisted from being able to commission me or buy my designs, or even being blocked.Thank you for reading!
