TERMS

Failure to pay an invoice in 24 hours will result in me cancelling your order, UNLESS notified before.When commissioning me, you have understanding that I am a disabled artist, commissions may take a while for me to complete. I do NOT do deadlines, do NOT rush me!! You may check in with me or I may check in with you. Please do not rush me. (Optionally, check my TRELLO for updates.)When the commission is started, I will send you a sketch! We will go back and forth until you're happy with it, Major changes will only be allowed during the sketching phase, so please make sure you tell me what needs to be fixed/changed or Added!Physical Commissions may get lost in the mail, I am only able to offer partial refunds for those situations, As I had already done the art. I will refund you shipping costs, I will NOT refund the cost of the art.
I will do irl convention deliveries if I am also attending the con!Once I start lining the commission, I will not be offering refunds, My turnaround time can be a week or 1-2 months depending on my workload and schedule, I am disabled so please keep this in mind when commissioning me, If there are any delays though, It will be noted on my TRELLO OR via DM.While I'm okay with NSFW accounts commissioning me, My content is SFW 16+ and I will not do NSFW commissions, you are free to commission me for anything SFW!When commissioning me, You understand that your commission may be posted on my socials, please let me know ahead of time if you'd like for me to refrain from posting your commission.I clean out my files from time to time, I try to back up the commissions if possible but If I dont have the file I cant do much for you.You can ask me for commission pings, I do commissions in 3-5 slots! If I am full, dont hesitate to ask to be alerted when I open again!

The commissioner MAY:

Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.Print the art for personal use, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.Commissioners may ONLY edit / redraw their pieces if they have received permission from ME first. Examples that I would allow: Marking changes, information on ref changes, etc.

The commissioner MAY NOT:

Use the commission to mint/sell the commission for NFT/blockchain.Reproduce/use the copyrighted artwork commercially, (Meaning making money of it in any way).Take Credit for the creation of the artwork.Recolor my art with hate speech or anything offensive (Nazi, Pedo, Zoo flags).Remove my watermarks/Signatures.
