terms of service

Payments are through paypal, Ko-fi or Pix (for brazilians)

  • You can pay either in the beggining or after i sent the first wip! Either way im not sending the finished product until im paid

  • Please specify if you want an specific artstyle that I have! Otherwise I will go with the one I feel fits the most

  • I will send you some wips before starting with final lines and colors. If you want more wips or none you can ask so!

  • No refounds after the initial sketch has been approved for final lines/colors, regardless if you liked the finished piece or not

  • You can edit the final piece if needed or ask for the file, just please don't claim the art as your own.

  • You can do whatever you want with the finished piece (Print it, make a badge, etc), but I do not allow the use of my art for NFTS or to feed AI.

  • I usually don't sign my pieces (Unless asked to) so I rely in people crediting me if reposting

  • I also usually post my finished pieces on twitter or use them as comission examples, please inform me before hand if you are comfortable with it or not!

  • I have a right to decline a commission for any reason

Design T.O.S

  • Don't sell the character for more than you paid for (Unless including extra art or in emergency cases)

  • You can change anything on the character: Design, species, gender, etc; Just please don't claim design ownership on them, regardless on how much you changed them (Adding yourself as an extra designer on th is ok tougth!)

  • Don't make an closed/open species out of the designs I made, they are one-offs.

  • I sell the full rights of the character, do wharever you want with them that is not anything of the above! No need to ask, its yours now.

  • The art that comes with them falls in my Art T.O.S

  • Also please don't remove them from toyhouse or remove my credits, it makes it easier for me to keep track of them

I will NOT draw:

  • NSFW, Suggestive or Fetish art

  • Humans/Humanoids

  • Gore, extreme gore.

  • Anything hateful or dehumanizing (Racism, homophobia, transphobia, etc)

  • Emulate another individual artist's style.
