By purchasing my services (art), you automatically agree to the following conditions.

Please read this entirely and carefully. I will refuse your commission if you do not agree to these terms.

If you are not comfortable with my Terms Of Service and/or are not willing to agree to the conditions, you may not request a commission.

I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes and alike. Please do not upload it to any AI sites as this could compromise my artwork.

NFT usage is strictly forbidden.

By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms described herein.

You will agree here to the policy of using the art for personal, non-profit purposes unless otherwise stated, and provide all image credits to me.

Violators will be added to my blacklist indefinitely and without warning.

You are expected to read the terms of service.

You can display my work on external sites with credit.

You may not claim my art as your own.

You may use the art for your own personal use (avatars, icons, wallpapers, banners, etc.)

You are not authorized to use the art for commercial use.

You are not authorized to modify my works without my permission.

You are not authroized to remove my signature or watermark on my works.

I have the right to post any commissioned artwork.

I have the right to decline a client for any reason.

I have the right to refund a client the full amount if I cannot work on the commission for any reason.

mecha/armor

intense gore/nsfw (slight gore and suggestive art is okay.)

hateful art that is meant to offend or trigger somebody

anything else that makes me uncomfortable

Please fill out the commission ordering form.

Once filled out, I will direct message you asking for details (if needed) and confirming your order.

Please be sure to add as many references and details as possible regarding your order as this makes this easier for me to understand and helps me accurately complete your order.

I am not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part during the transaction process.

I only accept USD via PayPal as payment.

You are required to pay 100% upfront before I start the commission.

Once payment has been sent, I will start working. A sketch will be sent to you with the basic layout and pose of the commission.

I will initiate the transaction in the form of PayPal invoices to avoid any accidental transactions.

I will refund 100% of the original payment if I have not started on the commission.

Once I start sketching, there will be NO REFUNDS.

If I cancel the commission order, I will refund 100% of the original payment.

You are not authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.

If for any reason your PayPal account malfunctions or authroized a refund request without your knowledge, you must contact me as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

You are required to contact me if you wish to cancel a commission request.

Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund the commission order will immediately result in a blacklist.

I usually take a day or two to respond to commission inquiries.

My turnaround for commissions range from a week to a month.

You have the right to set a deadline for your commission. This deadline must be disclosed prior to payment.

I have the right to decline your commission request if the time set for deadline is too short.

If deadlines are discussed, it is also the client’s responsibility to ensure prompt communication.

Harassment over my work speed will not be tolerated.

I will work on commissions randomly. This means I will work on the piece that I feel most inspired/comfortable with at the moment.

You have the right to be notified of any delays.

I will send a sketch WIP image after 100% of the payment as been made.

The responsibility is on you to ensure that the sketch WIP contains the details you wish for me to follow.

I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished commission if there was no feedback to amend to it.

You are free to request a WIP at any given time to see the progress of the commission work.

Each time I send a WIP to the client, I ask that the client provides feedback.

After the order is completed, only minor adjustments can be made.

I will not redraw the completed commission unless payment is received for a second order.

There may be slight differences between the samples in my gallery and the commission you will receive.

The client must respect that my art style cannot be altered.

Credit is required when you post/use the commission on another platform.

I am not required to post your commission in any public space, and if posted, I am not required to keep it there indefinitely.

Any comments that are rude, inappropriate, inflammatory, and/or non-constructive may result in blacklisting.
