Since I believe people should have the right to curate their space to their needs without random scares, here are some things you should know about what I create and interact with in social media!I WON’T interact or create art with loli/shota/cub/sexualized underage characters, incest or zoophilia; nor will you find me supporting bigoted art. These are the same contents I strongly dislike, and I ask you to respect my boundaries towards them.I WILL interact or create art with:
• Violence, blood, body horror, horror in general, gore, monsters, villains in general, trauma and trauma recovery, angst, suggestive, NSFW (on +18 accounts), omegaverse, and furry art.
• Relationships between: Immortal x mortal, monster x human, master x disciple (between adults), age gap (between adults), and enemies/rivals.-• My personal tweets with heavy themes or art that might be prejudicial to human health (eye strain, flashing lights, and others) will be properly tagged, but I can’t assure the same about shared posts depending on the social media you’re following me (if something of mine go untagged, please let me know so I can fix it).• I am a multishipper!!• I DO share spoilers and they might not be tagged, so please be mindful of that.• I block people very easily in some of my social media. Since I believe people should curate their spaces, I also do the same for myself.• I’m very political (leftist) and loud about my beliefs.

Como me comissionar

Para me comissionar, você só precisa me contatar com suas informações pessoais (e-mail, pelo menos uma mídia social, como devo me referir a você, etc) e:• Referência de personagem: Caso você não possua referências, peço que me encaminhe algumas imagens que representem seu personagem. Por exemplo, algo que me mostre seu tipo físico, formato do nariz, olhos, cabelo, etc. Dessa forma, eu consigo compreender melhor como seu personagem é, e, assim, produzir uma arte condizente com o que você tem em mente! Caso não encontre imagens que sirvam, você pode me mandar sketches feitas por ti! Independente de achar que estão bonitas, ou não, elas definitivamente irão me ajudar a chegar no produto final!• Referência da pose desejada: Isso aqui é essencial! Para que eu consiga produzir uma comissão que fique o mais próxima possível do que tem em mente, preciso compreender o que deseja para sua arte. Sendo assim, ter referências para a pose, ou imagens que passem a sensação do que quer, torna esse objetivo mais fácil de ser alcançado. No entanto, deixo claro que não irei copiar o conteúdo da referência, apenas a usarei de base para a ideia!• Tipo de Comissão: Por último, preciso que escolha o tipo de comissão que deseja! Tenho uma lista com os que estão disponíveis atualmente, e só preciso que me encaminhe qual deseja adquirir (ícone, busto, meio corpo, etc).

Como funciona o pagamento?

Pagamento adiantado, podendo ser realizado por Pix ou através de fatura do Paypal. Caso deseje fazer um plano de pagamento, peço que me contate para discutirmos a possibilidade.

Arquivo PNG por e-mail. O tamanho dependerá do tipo de comissão escolhida e posicionamento do personagem // 300ppi

Como funciona a comunicação?

• Após receber o pagamento, irei iniciar o processo de rascunho de acordo com as referências enviadas e até chegarmos em um consenso sobre a ideia da comissão;• Após o primeiro rascunho, as atualizações ocorrerão três vezes na semana;• Atualizações podem ocorrer durante toda a semana, mesmo se chegarmos à quantidade previamente acordada, no entanto isso pode não ocorrer;• Todas as mudanças requisitadas durante as atualizações serão trabalhadas até o próximo contato. Nesse momento, outras alterações podem ser requisitadas, ou o cliente pode considerar a etapa completa (rascunho, lineart, etc) ou a comissão finalizada;• Grandes mudanças na arte só serão permitidas durante o período de rascunho, e apenas duas vezes. Por grandes mudanças, entende-se: alteração completa da pose, do posicionamento de um objeto grande na arte, dentre outros. Por favor, mantenha-se ciente disso ao descrever como quer sua comissão e quando estiver buscando referências;• Não irei trabalhar durante finais de semana e feriados, e também não irei de tratar de trabalho nesses dias.

Termos

• Eu reservo o direito de recusar uma comissão cujo tema me cause desconforto, ou caso não me sinta capaz de trabalhar nela no momento.• Comissões serão feitas apenas no meu estilo, por favor, peço que cheque meu estilo e o mantenha em mente ao fazer seu pedido. Eu não irei copiar o estilo de outra pessoa e nem fazer trabalhos realistas.• Os preços das comissões podem variar de acordo com a quantidade de detalhes que deseja adicionar na arte.• Eu somente começarei a trabalhar na comissão após o pagamento.• Eu aceitarei uma quantidade pré-definida de comissões por vez, quantidade essa a ser apresentada no topo da página passada. Outros pedidos serão colocados em uma fila de espera, e entrarei em contato com o cliente quando uma nova vaga abrir.• O tempo de entrega de uma comissão varia de acordo com o tempo de resposta do cliente e a complexidade da arte. Qualquer atraso causado por questões pessoais será comunicado ao cliente com antecedência.• Se o cliente não entrar em contato comigo por um mês após o envio de uma atualização, eu irei passar sua comissão para o fim da fila e dar preferência às outras comissões ativas.• No caso da desistência do cliente no meio da produção da arte, eu ficarei com o valor referente ao trabalho já realizado e taxas, e devolverei o resto.• Se o contato com o cliente começar por mensagens em mídia social, eu irei lhe encaminhar um e-mail com todas as informações discutidas para aprovação. Dessa forma, ambas as partes estarão protegidas em caso de incidentes durante a produção da comissão, e terei um melhor acesso às referências e demais detalhes.• As atualizações da comissão podem ser enviadas tanto por e-mail quanto por mídia social (a ser decidido em conversa com cliente).• Não irei alterar a posição do personagem após começar a lineart, assim como também não alterarei a line após iniciar a pintura. Sendo assim, peço que, por favor, tenha certeza de que tudo está de acordo com o que imagina antes de me dar o ok para passar para a próxima etapa da comissão.• Todos os trabalhos serão assinados.• Caso não queira que a arte seja publicada em mídias sociais, peço que me avise com antecedência.• O uso da minha arte para conteúdo comercial não é permitido, a não ser que seja discutido anteriormente comigo (esteja ciente de que isso pode acarretar em custos extras).• Eu não irei produzir arte para pessoas envolvidas com NFT, e não dou permissão para que vendam minha arte dessa forma.• Não dou permissão para usarem minha arte em treinamento de IA generativo.• Não irei trabalhar durante feriados. Comunicarei com antecedência, caso haja qualquer incidente que me faça incapaz de desenhar durante dias de trabalho.

How to Commission Me

To commission me you just need to contact me with your personal information (email, at least one social media, how should I refer to you, etc...) and:• Character reference: In case you don’t have a full reference or no reference at all, it’d be lovely if you could send me some pics that represent your character! For example, a body type reference or a pic of a person who has their eyes, nose, etc. This way I can understand your character better and it’ll be easier to make them as close as possible to what you have in mind. If you don’t find pics that represent your character, you can always send me some sketches you made yourself! It’s okay if you don’t find them good, they’ll help me a lot, no matter what!• Pose reference: This is super important! For me to be able to make your commission as close as possible to what you have in mind, I’d need to understand what you’d like me to do. With pose references and pics that convey the feeling you want for your commission, it’ll be easier for me to work on it! Of course, I’m not gonna copy the content of the picture, but this way I’ll have a clearer image in my head.• Type of commission: I’ll need you to choose your commission type! I have a list with which commissions are open and you just need to point me to the one you wish to acquire (icon, bust, full body…).

How Does Payment Work?

Upfront, via Paypal invoice. Payments through my email will be refused, since I use invoices to keep proper track of my work.

What Will You Get?

PNG file through email. Size depends on characters positioning and commission type // 300ppi

How Does Updates Work?

• After payment, I’ll start sketching the commission based on the references provided, and until we get the general idea decided;• After the first sketch, updates will happen three times a week;• Updates can occur during all week, even if we reached the official amount established previously, but be aware that this may not happen;• All the changes requested during the update days will be noted and worked on until the next update day, when more changes can be requested or the commissioner can consider the step (sketch, line art…) or commission completed;• Big changes on commission work will only be available during the sketch phase, with a limit of two (2) big changes. Please be aware of that when describing how you wish your commission to be and while searching for references;• I won’t work on commissions during the weekend and holidays, neither I’ll talk about work during these days.

Terms

• I reserve the right to refuse the commission request if it causes me discomfort or if I feel like I can’t do it properly yet.• Commissions will be in my style only, please be mindful of the examples. I won’t replicate someone else's style, and I don’t draw in a realistic style.• Commissions' prices may vary depending on the quantity of details requested.• I’ll only start working on the commission after payment.• I’ll work on a certain amount of commissions per time, quantity to be presented on the top of last page. Other solicitations will be put on a queue and I’ll contact the waiting clients when a slot opens.• The commission delivery time will mostly vary based on the speed of the client’s answers and the complexity of the art. All delays caused by personal incidents will be properly informed beforehand.• If the client does not contact me for a month after I send a progress update, I’ll send their commission to the end of the queue and give preference to the other work I have ongoing. Requests to update the commission will only be done when I get to it once more.• In case of the client’s withdrawal in the middle of the commission's process, I’ll retain the amount that corresponds to the work I already did and the taxes, and refund the rest.• If the contact about the commission starts through a personal message on social media, I’ll send you an email later with all the information discussed before for confirmation. This way both parts will be protected in case of incidents, and I’ll have better access to references and other details.• Commissions wips can be sent both through email or social media (to be decided with commissioner).• I will not change the character's positioning after starting the lineart, and I also will not change the lineart when I start coloring. So, please, be sure that everything looks like what you wanted before giving me permission to start the next step.• All the works will be signed.• If you wouldn’t like me to publish the commission on my social media, please tell me beforehand.• The use of my art for commercial purposes is not allowed unless discussed beforehand (be mindful that pricing will be different in these cases).• I won’t produce content for people that seem involved in NFTs, nor will I give permission for my art to be sold as one.• I don't give permission for my work to be used to train AI.• I won’t work on holidays, including local (brazilian) holidays. Every incident that makes me unable to draw on work days will be properly informed to commissioners beforehand.

What’s an adoptable?

Adoptables are designs created by an artist that they decided to put on sale. There are adoptables of all kinds, ranging from characters to clothes and weapons, and by purchasing one you get to use it as you wish, as long as you follow the rules established by the designer.This is an amazing way to support your favorite artists and get some fast art for a character!

Umboocowju’s adoptables’ rules

By buying one of my designs, I ask you to kindly:• Do not use them for commercial purposes;• You can discuss with me if you wish to use the design for commercial purposes, but there will be an extra fee to buy the commercial rights;• Do not sell them as NFTs nor use them to train AI;• Do not claim that you're the creator of the design;• Resells are ok, as long as the price is not higher than what you paid for (unless you’re selling them with extra art);• Trades and gifting the design is ok;• You can make as many changes to the design as you wish;• Do not make a closed species with the design you got from me;• If you claim one character and stop answering me before the payment, I'll not sell to you again;• Please, do inform me if something occur and you can't make the payment (you don't need to specify what happened) , I'm very understanding!! I'll just open the character again and you can have the opportunity to buy it later if available;• Credits are not needed but highly appreciated!

How to adopt one of my designs?

- Flat Priced Adoptables -A flat priced adoptable is a design that has a fixed price for purchase. In this case, you just need to follow some simple steps to get your adopt:• Send me a message on social media telling me which adoptable you’d like to claim;• If the design isn’t already taken, I’ll contact you privately to get your email and send you the invoice for payment (Paypal);• After the payment, I’ll send you an email with your adoptable file or transfer them to you on Toyhouse. Please, if possible, let me know beforehand which address I should send the file to.• Attention! I will only hold the adoptable for a maximum of 1 day, after this I’ll contact the next in line! Holds will happen unless stated otherwise. •


- Auctions -An adoptable auction functions based on offers. Usually, there’s a proper place to make the offers, a start price and the minimum money amount that needs to be increased to continue with the offer chain; sometimes there’s also an autobuy, which is the price that guarantees you’ll get the adoptable. If the autobuy is not placed, the best offer gets the design. Here are some steps to participate on my adoptables’ auction:• Bid for the design on the indicated space by following the start price, the minimum increase and the last offer;• After the stipulated time mentioned on the adoptable’s info, if you’re the person with the best bid, I’ll contact you privately to get your email and send you the invoice for payment (Paypal);• After the payment, I’ll send you an email with the adoptable file or transfer the character to you on Toyhouse.• If you plan on bidding for a design, please be responsible. DO NOT offer more than you can immediately pay.• Attention! I will only hold the adoptable for a maximum of 1 day, after this I’ll contact the next in line! Holds will happen unless stated otherwise. •

What will you receive?

By adopting one of my designs, you get the full sized PNG version of the adoptable file without watermark, but with my logo by the side.

How to pay?

• Payments will be through Paypal invoice only;• Prices will be listed next to the adoptable or written on their published information;• There’ll be no refunds after I send you the full sized PNG;• Payment plans might be available for the adoptable in question, please be sure to read all the information posted with them or send me a message with your question and suggestion.
