By purchasing any of my art, you are automatically agreeing with these conditions.
Please read carefully. I won't accept your payment if you don't agree to my terms.
If you have any questions/disagreements I suggest you to note/email/DM me anywhere.Don't repost my art without permission and credit + watermark will always be obligatory. If you've commissioned me, feel free to repost but I'd appreciate credit.Payment:
Payment will be in USD via PayPal.
All PayPal payments will be done through invoice method. I will invoice the buyer, any other way will be declined and refunded.
When accepted your commission you have 24h to reply or you'll lose the slot.
The payment has to be sent before 24h after I've sent the invoice/asked you to send the payment when you can through PayPal.
I do not accept payments from minors.
I do not accept refunds when the commission is done. I accept refunds when, if I send a WIP or preview, the buyer is not happy with it.
Prices are not negotiable unless we're talking about extras. They are usually set price but I might increase the price a bit for the character complexity.
Unnotified chargebacks are absolutely forbidden and I will add on my blacklist everyone who does it. You can ask for a chargeback if the commission is not finished and you have a proper reason. I will keep part of the money if I've invested a considerable amount of time on it. If your reason is "you changed your mind" you'll also be personally blacklisted but your money will be returned.Artist:
By commissioning me, you are purchasing my service as an artist only. I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales/self-promotion, unless otherwise agreed upon.
If you wish to do so, I will charge a +50% of the original price.I will respect your request for privacy if you'd prefer me not to post your project publicly. Discuss with me before I start it if you don't find the option when you order your commission. However, I reserve the right not to publish it if I don't want to.
I will not claim the Intellectual Property or reuse/resell your project/design for personal or commercial projects unless agreed upon.
I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason without questions.
I reserve the right to use rejected sketches for any future project, be it personal or otherwise unless the design of it clearly belongs to the client.

The commissioner may upload the work done for you to your site. There's no need to credit me but I won't allow the commissioner to claim it as their own. Once a piece is commissioned, you may use it for any personal use that you please.You retain rights to the Intellectual Property.
You may not claim the work to be their own or anyone else's but mine.
You can minor edit it as you want, though I would prefer being notified first and you always kept the original version.
You may not set it up for redistribution, external projects, commercial or non-commercial. If you want to use it for commercial purpose I must be notified and an extra fee will be added to the original price (+50% of the original price).
You may resell it for the price you purchased it with.Procedure:
I only accept previously designed characters or with visual references (for example, image reference of a hairstyle, shoes, clothes, etc). I will not accept "description only" commissions, I won't design it for you unless you're paying for a custom adoptable.I will try to send WIPs before finishing it but sometimes I've forgotten to, however I'll make any desired changes.
