Terms of Service

Please read before commissioning; by commissioning me, you are agreeing to all terms listed below. Thank you!

General
- I currently only accept payment via Paypal
- Commissions must be paid in full within 24hrs of original purchase (unless otherwise specidied).
- Payment must be sent in USD!
-Please have clear references for your character(s) available when commissioning me.
- I will NOT refund completed commissions, however I will appropriately refund any commission that I for any reason cannot complete; 100% refund IF the piece has not been started, 50% refund if the commission is in progress. I make no exceptions to these rules.
- I will NOT make changes to a commissioned piece after it has been completed and approved by the client. I am always sure to send ample updates throughout my process, so please let me know if changes need to be made during those times!
- I reserve the right to refuse any commission, with or without reason.

My Process
- I provide updates at critical stages (sketch, flat colours) for the clients approval before I continue work; I can provide as many additional WIPs along the way at your request!
- WIPs are not to be shared publicly on any social platforms without explicit permission beforehand and providing credit!
- Completed commissions will be sent to you as a dA Stash link; if requested, I can also email the final PNG file to you.
- Standard turnaround time for most commissions are around 2 weeks. While I try and work through my queues as quickly as possible, I work a fulltime job outside of art, so please be prepared for unexpected wait times; clients will never be left out of the loop in such scenarios!

Art Permissions
- Completed commissions are strictly for the clients personal usage (unless otherwise specified); as the artist, I still retain full rights to the original work.
-The artwork may be reposted on any social platforms, as long as proper credit is given.
- I do not allow for any of my works, under any circumstances, to be directly or indirectly involved in AI or NFTs.

Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in me declining your commission, and in extreme cases you may be blacklisted from future openings. Thank you for reading!
