By commissioning me you agree to the following terms.

Feel free to contact me directly or see my Trello to inquire about the status of your commission.

I will communicate through Twitter, Discord, or email about commissions.

Typical completion time for illustrated commissions is around 2 weeks. Please notify me upfront if you need your commission completed by a certain date - I will likely be able to accommodate, but if I am not initially aware of the deadline I cannot guarantee this.

Some commissions may be subject to additional charge, for example if the subject is particularly complex or I need to work from written description rather than visual reference. I will discuss this with you before requesting payment.

I reserve the right to decline commissions at my discretion.

I accept payment through Stripe (preferred) or PayPal.

Payment is required upfront. Once I have approved your commission, I will send you a payment link using your preferred platform.

I am open to payment plans for commissions over $200, with 50% payment upfront.

Full refunds will not be available after I have begun your commission. I may offer partial refunds at my discretion based on the piece's degree of completion. (However, if I need to cancel your commission or am otherwise unable to complete your commission at any point, you will receive a full refund regardless of completion)

I retain all rights to my work, including the right to post the image on social media, use it in personal galleries or portfolios, etc. (If you would like your commission to remain private, feel free to request this beforehand)

You are free to post your commission on social media/personal accounts/etc upon completion if I am credited as the creator of the work.

My work may not be used for commercial purposes unless previously agreed upon.

My work may not be used for or in conjunction with NFTs/cryptocurrency/blockchain/etc in any way.

Upon purchase you gain full rights to the character design. However, the above terms still apply to the artwork I created of the design.

Using the design you have purchased for profit is OK, including merchandise, prints, fursuits etc. I ask that if you are using the design in this way you credit me for the original design whenever possible.

You are free to resell/trade/gift the design at a reasonable rate.
