GENERAL TERMS

➤ I need a clear reference image of your character.
➤ Please keep in mind that there might be others before you. Don't expect to get your drawing right away..please be patient. I have other clients and have a life outside art!
➤ For updates on commissions, or owed art please just check my trello.
➤ I can refuse or refund a commission for any reason and I do not have to explain why or justify it if I'm uncomfortable doing so
➤ I will not redo a commission, or change anything past the stage of linework without additional payment. I will provide wip's throughout the commission so it should give you enough time to catch any mistakes I may do
➤ DO NOT edit off my watermarks from my art in any case whatsoever there's no reason you should need to.
➤ DO NOT Steal, claim, copy, or redistribute my work without credit. You'll be blacklisted.

DESIGN TERMS

➤ Do not resell for a higher value without art added.
➤ When making changes to my designs you MUST notify me
➤ If received one of my designs in a trade they must be traded or gifted unless commissioned artwork is added to the said design.
➤ Don't sell any of my designs OFF the toyhou.se site. I will provide you with a code if needed!
➤ When storing characters on the toyhou.se site, don't hide them from the public and if you decide to do so please authorize me.
➤ Designs must not be sold to people on my blacklist
➤ Species to my adopts cannot be changed whatsoever

PAYMENT TERMS

➤ It is required that you pay in full before I start your commission or after the sketch has been approved!
➤ I DO NOT DO REFUNDS! The only circumstance in which I will provide a refund, is if I am unable to complete your commission or I offer it to you.
➤ If you file a charge back for any reason, I will cancel the commission on the spot and blacklist you.
➤ I WILL NOT hold commissions payment must be made within 24 hours after the sketch! If payment isn't made I will cancel your commission.

TRADE/OWED ART TERMS

➤ If I owe you art I ask that you respect and oblige to my ToS not doing so may result in cancellations, delays, or blacklisting
➤ Please be patient you're not the ONLY person in my queue
➤ Don't keep asking when I owe you art I'll get to you asap!! Asking me may result in delays or canceling.
➤ You can ask me for updates when doing art trades with me.

F.A.Q

Q: What program(s) do you use?
A: I use Clip Studio Paint & Pro Create

Q: What brushes do you use and where can I find them?
A: I use the default brushes that come with CSP

Q: Is there an eta for my commission?
Commissions usually take a couple hours up to 3 months, depending on many factors such as;;
Health, Order of Commission, Complexity, Work, or Personal Issues.

Q: Where can I see my spot on the current queue?
I currently use Trello to track my commissions / owed art!

I DO NOT have a drawing schedule as of now, I work on commissions when I'm able to

Blacklist

People here are not allowed to own / buy any of my designs whatsoever. They make me feel very uncomfortable please respect my blacklist; There's no appealing.
