✦ The client must read, understand, and agree to all the terms. By continuing with the commission and going forth with payment, the client has agreed to all terms laid below.✦ Prices are subject to change at my own discretion✦ I may cancel a commission and issue a refund due to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behavior, inability to communicate effectively with the customer, or an unforeseen inability to complete the commission.

✦ Commissions are accepted in either USD or the same amount equivalent in the currency you possess, the payment can be made from the following services; PayPal, Venmo, Cashapp, or Square✦ Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront, or split 50% upfront and 50% after the sketch is approved. I will not give more than the sketch before the other half is paid.

✦ The time it takes to complete your commission can take less than a week, or up to a few months depending on complications. (eg. complexity, health, or other projects)✦ Once the illustration is finished, you will receive the high resolution PNG image. You may ask for the original file in PSD format and I will happily provide it for you.

✦ You are given 3 revisions which are included with any commission you purchase.✦ A fee will be added if you wish a change to be made on the final piece, this only does not apply to a simple background change, such as solid color, or a textured overlay.✦ If there is an aspect you previously approved on and suddenly wish for it to be changed, there will be a fee to do so. The fee amount depends on the size or how drastic the change is.✦ If the reference was unclear from the start, the changes will come at an extra charge.

I, Sivlep (The Artist)

✦ Reserve the right to cancel and refund the commission for any reason
✦ Maintain all copyrights over the commissioned illustration
✦ Will not take claim over the Intellectual Property (IP) of the commissioned artwork
✦ Reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork to my gallery and social media(s)

You (The Commissioner)

✦ Reserve the right to post the commissioned illustration to any website or social media(s)
✦ May not take profits by reselling/distributing the commissioned artwork. The only acception is the piece adding cost to your owned character, and reselling said character with added price due to artwork addons
✦ Retain the rights of the Intellectual Property(IP)
✦ May not used the artwork for commercial purposes, unless discussed beforehand

What is Considered Copyright Infringement

✦ Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork without my consent - Making money off of my artwork in any way, shape, or form
✦ Claiming the artwork as your own
✦ Altering the artwork without my permission

✦ The buyer is not allowed a refund once I have started on the commission.
✦ If, for any reason, I am unable to start on your commission, you will receive a full refund.
✦ If you'd like to cancel your order before I start working, you may still receive a full refund.
✦ If you request a chargeback at any point from PayPal when not allowed, you will lose all beforementioned rights to the artwork and I will have the full rights to profit from it further. I will decline the chargeback and provide PayPal with our conversations of the commission and evidence that I have provided you with the finished product. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me at any point onwards.

✦ Insight and involvement in coloration of the artwork
✦ Full-resolution image of the final piece, usually given in PNG format
