i draw since 2017, but i was loving all artistic stuff my whole life
i draw furries, but im not a furry and i dont feel like i belong to any fandom
for first time i started drawing arts for animal jam (game) items, then i joined warrior cats amino in 2019 then one person taught me stuff about money commissions, paypal etc so i started drawing cat characters for 3usd per headshot
then i tried facebook and taught myself more about furries and commissions, i got more progess and now i am where i am now
>paste art ptogress pici would love to get work as an graphic designer or in some game making company but i don't think this would come true since i don't have requirements as some type of graphic school etc. also having my own shop with plushies designed by me or tshirts with my arts would be nice, but we will see how it will go in the future.

TERMS OF SERVICE
BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU AUTOMATICALLY AGREE WITH MY TOS.
PAYMENT
- I will start drawing only after the full payment is done. Payments only via PayPal in USD (invoice).- You can ask for a refund only when i didn't start working on your commission yet. (and 2 months have passed), also i will return only the money i got after paypals fee (not the full amount).- I have the right to ask for extra usd before payment if the design is complex.- I accept rush fee, but depends on the deadline. Ask before ordering.
PROCESS
- Only monday-friday work. i don't do comms at weekend.- Turnaround time 2weeks-6months. sometimes just a few days.- If 6months have passed and i didn't finish your commission yet i will ask for 2 options. 1 - i will return you the money (full amount) or 2 - have more time and as a compensation make you a free sketchy bust art.-Do not rush me please, if you need the art fast or for specific date you can pay rush fee (5usd). also do not constantly message me "DO YOU HAVE ANY UPDATES?" cuz i have other commissions to finish first and irl work.- I will send you wips of sketch, lineart and colors. after it i won't change anything in the lineart when i already started coloring it.- After i sent you the wip, please type anything and not just react on the image/message. I need to be sure eveything is okay with the art.- Finished art will be sent via email or ToyHou.se transfer.
OTHER
- Commissions, adoptables and ychs etc, are for personal use only, you are not allowed to do any commerical things with it. For example you can use it for profile pic, wallpaper etc.- I don't allow my artworks to be used on AI or as NFT.- I have the right to use the finished piece as an example of my artwork.- Never remove my watermark.- You must proper credit me. simple "art by ve-rth" is enough.- If you add art on your ToyHou.se, you must credit me. it's ve-rth.

- if you want your art to be finished faster (or for specyfic date) you need to pay rush fee or be my patreon (depending on tier)
EXTRA OUTFIT - tshirt or other simple colothing (like pants, hoodie, swimsuit etc) are free but if you have specific outfit in mind like from in real life or some sort of movie series which are sometimes complicated will cost extra money
boots are included to more complicated and detailed things
EXTRA ITEM - every more detailed item will cost extra money since extra effort must be putted to the art, also to combine the hands with it etc
but things like cigarette in
mouth etc (or other not that detailed things) which won't need many body changes will be free
if you gonna commission more pieces often im making some discounts on even free artsif you're my regular customer you get bigger chances for discounts and free arts
