GENERAL
By commissioning me, you're agreeing to my Terms of Service
1. The Commission are for PERSONAL USE. Please contact me first for commercial uses. Everything that can be monetized considered as commercial.
2. The price may change based on your character design and the amount of revisions.
3. The commission result (with watermark) will be uploaded on my account for portfolio.
For secret commissions there will be an additional fee: 50% from total fee.
4. You can use or upload the commission anywhere you want with proper credit.
5. All commissions are digital and will NOT be physically shipped to the commissioner.PAYMENTS
Full payment upfront, right after I'm done checking the references and confirming your commission order.
Payment can be sent through Paypal (USD) or Ko-Fi. I will do the sketch as soon as i receive the payment.REVISIONS
1. You may ask 1 major and 2 minor revisions in the sketch phase.
2. Only 2 minor revisions accepted after lineart/coloring progress.
3. Additional minor changes will be $5/revisionDEADLINES AND DELIVERY
One commission will take 14-90 days, depending on the complexity. I prioritize the quality of the commission results, so i really appreciate your patience.
I accept Rush deadline with extra fee:
12 days +30% total fee
9 days +70% total fee,
7 days +100% total fee,
4 days +300% total feeUSE
You can upload the commission result anywhere you want with proper credit. Printing is allowed for personal use only.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
1. ALL Copyrights of art created remain with me.
2. You are not allowed to: Use my art in any blockchain-related technology (NFTs) or use my art for AI.
3. Using my art to make a profit is NOT ALLOWED unless we have discussed it upfront.REFUNDS
